OS IMPACTOS DA PANDEMIA NAS ORGANIZAÇÕES PÚBLICAS: O CASO DA DEFENSORIA PÚBLICA DO ESTADO DE RORAIMA
Este estudo visa apresentar um olhar acerca do desempenho das organizações empresariais diante da covid-19, pandemia com origem na china. A gestão pública brasileira tem tomado decisões de interesses públicos que impactam diretamente a vida da população local, as empresas públicas roraimenses enfrentam essa questão e apresentam diversas questões éticas intrínsecas. O presente estudo, objetiva analisar os impactos acarretados pela crise pandêmica nas organizações públicas. Teremos como objeto de estudo uma Instituição Pública de prestação de serviços jurídicos, a DPE-RR, localizada no estado de Roraima. Trataremos das mudanças repentinas na prestação de serviços e os ajustes necessários para o período de limitações impostas pela covid-19, tendo como premissa a implantação de novas metodologias de trabalho, sem desamparar à população. Todas essas questões exigiram uma reestruturação na maneira de se apresentar ao público, a fim de não comprometer a autonomia da instituição, e não colapsar as atividades vigentes até então. Por fim, analisar se as estratégias adotadas ocasionaram impactos positivos ou negativos para a Instituição.

Abstract:
This study aims to present a look at the performance of business organizations in face of the covid-19, pandemic originating in china. Brazilian public management has taken decisions on public interests that directly impact the lives of the local population, public companies in Roraima face this issue and present several intrinsic ethical issues. This study aims to analyze the impacts caused by the pandemic crisis in public organizations. The object of study will be a Public Institution providing legal services, DPE-RR, located in the state of Roraima. We will deal with the sudden changes in the provision of services and the necessary adjustments for the period of limitations imposed by the covid-19, with the premise of implementing new work methodologies, without abandoning the population. All of these issues required a restructuring in the way it was presented to the public, in order not to compromise the institution's autonomy, and not to collapse the activities in force until then. Finally, analyze whether the adopted strategies have caused positive or negative impacts for the Institution.
