OS IMPACTOS CAUSADOS POR CRIMES CIBERNÉTICOS CONTRA HONRA
O referido artigo visa realizar uma abordagem ampla, sobre os impactos causados
por crimes contra a honra no meio digital, tratando da honra do indivíduo,
atualmente protegida pela Constituição Federal. Diante da crescente onda desses
crimes cometidos através das redes, surge uma preocupação em conter esses
delitos e punir os infratores. Para eliminar esse problema e proteja os usuários que
podem acabar sendo vítimas nesses crimes, o projeto de lei inicialmente mostrou
uma ideia promissora, mas com o tempo, essas medidas se mostraram ineficazes
no combate a esses crimes. Este trabalho é relevante pois os indivíduos precisam
ser informados sobre os graves riscos e deixarem de ser vulneráveis todos os dias
por causa de seus modos imprudentes de exposição na Internet e como devem agir
caso terceiros os exponham inadvertidamente na rede virtual.

Abstract:
This article aims to carry out a broad approach, on the impacts caused by crimes
against honor in the digital environment, dealing with the honor of the individual,
currently protected by the Federal Constitution. Faced with the growing wave of
these crimes committed through networks, there is a concern to contain these
crimes and punish offenders. To eliminate this problem and protect users who may
end up being victims in these crimes, the bill initially showed a promising idea, but
over time, these measures proved to be ineffective in combating these crimes. This
work is relevant because individuals need to be informed about the serious risks and
stop being vulnerable every day because of their reckless ways of exposure on the
Internet and how they should act if third parties inadvertently expose them on the
virtual network.
