OS DESAFIOS DA ENFERMAGEM NO ATENDIMENTO HUMANIZADO AO PACIENTE NOS SERVIÇOS DE EMERGÊNCIA
O estudo teve como objetivo refletir criticamente sobre a enfermagem em ações humanizadas durante o atendimento a indivíduos nos serviços de emergência. Esta pesquisa é do tipo teórico-reflexivo, sendo realizado em uma Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA), em Teresina-Piauí, através das vivências de acadêmicos do nono período de enfermagem de uma instituição privada de ensino superior de Teresina, durante o estágio supervisionado. Constatou-se que a Política Nacional de Humanização (PNH) possibilitou vários avanços para a humanização nos serviços de emergência, contudo a grande demanda de atendimento nesses serviços gera falhas na relação multiprofissional e interpessoal, dificuldades na interação profissional-paciente e a inexistência da humanização voltada para os profissionais que contribuem para os desafios que a enfermagem enfrenta para a implementação de ações humanizadas nesses serviços.

Abstract:
The study aimed to critically reflect on nursing in humanized actions during the care of individuals in the emergency services. This research is of the theoretical-reflexive type, being care out in a emergencial care unit (UPA), in Teresina-Piauí, through the experiences of academics of the ninth period of nursing from a private institution of Teresina, during the supervised stage. It was verified that the National Humanization Policy (HNP) made several advances for the humanization in the emergency services, however the great demand for care in these services generates failures in the multi-professional and interpersonal relationship, difficulties in the professional-patient interaction and the lack of humanization aimed at professionals who contribute to the challenges that nursing faces to the implementation of humanized actions in these services.
