OS COMPORTAMENTOS, SUA VULNERABILIDADE E INSTABILIDADE HUMANA EM ESPAÇO CONFINADO
Há uma quantidade considerável de acidentes envolvendo comboios na hidrovia do país. Estes acidentes estão associados com a baixa visibilidade que o comandante tem da proa do comboio, assim como a presença de ventos e ondas, que afetam o comportamento humano. Atualmente a manobra é feita manualmente e depende muito da habilidade e condição emocional do comandante. Este trabalho consiste em criar uma ferramenta para analisar os riscos que a influência do ser humano na ocorrência dos acidentes e nesse sentido, analisar se a acidentalidade está intrinsecamente ligada a questão comportamental do comandante e da tripulação. Nesse cenário, buscar maneiras para se fazer essa correlação baseado em dados estatísticos e depois in loco. Espera-se que estes resultados forneçam elementos para as empresas melhorar as competências dos tripulantes, em especial aos capitães fluviais, para que a segurança das hidrovias e das pessoas sejam cada vez melhor.

Abstract:
There are a considerable amount of accidents involving trains on the country's waterway. These accidents are associated with the low visibility that the commander has from the bow of the convoy, as well as the presence of winds and waves, which affect human behavior. Currently, the maneuver is done manually and depends a lot on the skill and emotional condition of the commander. This work consists in creating a tool to analyze the risks that the influence of the human being in the occurrence of accidents and, in this sense, to analyze if the accident is intrinsically linked to the behavioral issue of the commander and the crew. In this scenario, look for ways to make this correlation based on statistical data and then in loco. It is expected that these results provide elements for companies to improve the skills of crew, especially river captains, so that the safety of waterways and people is increasingly better.
