ORIENTAÇÕES PERTINENTES ACERCA DOS CUIDADOS AO RECÉM-NASCIDO EM ALOJAMENTO CONJUNTO
O alojamento em conjunto é um ambiente de suma importância do qual o enfermeiro irá realizar a continuidade do cuidado que foi iniciado ainda no pré-natal, promovendo orientações pertinentes a saúde do recém-nascido que garantirá o adequado cuidado disposto ao RN no ambiente interfamiliar. O estudo, compreende uma pesquisa do tipo Revisão Integrativa (RI) de abordagem qualitativa. Foi realizado o cruzamento entre os seguintes descritores: Recém-nascido AND alojamento conjunto; Recém-nascido AND educação em enfermagem nas bases científicas BVS (Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde) e Scielo (Scientific eletronic library online). A busca dos artigos ocorreu no período compreendido de janeiro a março de 2020, onde os critérios de inclusão foram: artigos disponíveis na integra e publicados em português nos anos de 2015 a 2020 e exclusão, artigos de idiomas estrangeiros, trabalhos fora da cronologia delimitada, estudos que não abordassem o tema proposto. A amostra final é composta por 14 artigos. Os benefícios relacionados ao alojamento conjunto são de fundamental importância nos processos de desenvolvimento físico e cognitivo do recém-nascido, o compromisso do cuidado materno ao RN está diretamente relacionado aos laços afetivos estabelecidos entre mãe e filho, dessa forma o profissional enfermeiro possui papel primordial neste processo. Conclui-se que os profissionais de enfermagem são de extrema importância para as devidas orientações no alojamento conjunto, orientando quanto aos cuidados necessários durante o puerpério imediato e envolve acolher a puérpera, o recém-nascido e familiares.

Abstract:
The accommodation together is an extremely important environment from which the nurse will carry out the continuity of care that was started in the prenatal period, promoting guidelines relevant to the health of the newborn that will ensure the appropriate care available to the NB in the interfamily environment. The study comprises a research of the type Integrative Review (IR) with a qualitative approach. The following descriptors were cross-checked: Newborn AND rooming-in; Newborn AND nursing education in the scientific bases VHL (Virtual Health Library) and SciELO (Scientific electronic library online). The search for the articles took place from January to March 2020, where the inclusion criteria were: articles available in full and published in Portuguese in the years 2015 to 2020 and exclusion, articles in foreign languages, works outside the defined chronology, studies that did not address the proposed theme. The final sample consists of 14 articles. The benefits related to rooming-in are of fundamental importance in the processes of physical and cognitive development of the newborn, the commitment of maternal care to the NB is directly related to the affective bonds established between mother and child, thus the nurse professional has a primary role in this process. It is concluded that nursing professionals are extremely important for the necessary guidance in the joint accommodation, guiding as to the necessary care during the immediate puerperium and involves welcoming the puerperal woman, the newborn and family members.
