ORIENTAÇÕES NA MANIPULAÇÃO DE CATETER DE CURTA PERMANÊNCIA PARA HEMODIÁLISE NA LESÁO RENAL AGUDA
Objetivo Identificar as estratégias indicadas no manuseio de cateter duplo lúmen curta permanência (CTDL) para hemodiálise em pacientes com lesão renal aguda (LRA). Método Revisão sistemática realizada no período 2015 a 2020, foram provenientes nas bases de dados: PubMed, CINAHL, LILACS, SciELO pelos descritores controlados: cateteres, hemodiálise, cuidados de enfermagem e LRA. Resultados Foram encontrados 58 estudos, excluídos 45 estudos e 12 estudos foram incluídos na revisão. Conclusão O manejo correto do CTDL em pacientes hemodialítico como curativo ideal, manipulação correta e higiene das mãos contribuem para redução da infecção de corrente sanguínea. Essas medidas associadas a educação em saúde e a Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem impactam positivamente para manutenção da CTDL.

Abstract:
Objective To identify the strategies indicated in the handling of short-stay double lumen catheter (CTDL) for hemodialysis in acute kidney injury (AKI) patients. Method Systematic review conducted in the period 2015 to 2020, came from the databases: PubMed, CINAHL, LILACS, SciELO by the controlled descriptors: catheters, hemodialysis, nursing care and AKI. Results 58 studies were found; 45 studies were excluded, and 12 studies were included in the review. Conclusion: The correct management of CTDL in hemodialysis patients as an ideal bandage, correct manipulation and hand hygiene contribute to the reduction of bloodstream infection. These measures associated with health education and systematization of nursing care have a positive impact on maintaining the CTDL.
