ORGANIZATION OF THE PEDAGOGY COURSE IN THE MODALITY OF DISTANCE EDUCATION IN THE STATE OF SÃO PAULO
Tendo em vista a ampliação de cursos de licenciatura no país, especificamente os cursos de graduação em Pedagogia na modalidade de educação a distância, e dada a importância da formação inicial de pedagogos ao ressaltar que se compreende por formação inicial os cursos de graduação, evidencia-se a necessidade de pesquisar esta área. Em consonância a isso, os estudos evidenciam a necessidade de se atentar para a formação inicial de Pedagogos, isso ao enfatizar que a formação do professor não se encerra na formação inicial, a qual precisa ser permanente e contínua. O presente estudo debruça-se na temática da gestão e organização de cursos de Pedagogia e na formação inicial de Pedagogos, objetiva-se investigar a estrutura da implantação, por meio legal, da gestão e organização do curso de Pedagogia e averiguar como se dá a instituição da oferta do curso de Pedagogia na modalidade a distância. A finalidade desta pesquisa é (re)conhecer a implantação e a trajetória do curso de Pedagogia, fundamentalmente o organizado na modalidade a distância no Estado de São Paulo, de caráter público. Os instrumentos que contemplam esta pesquisa são as normativas legais a partir das publicações das políticas públicas acerca da regulamentação do curso de Pedagogia. A metodologia consiste na abordagem de análise qualitativa do tipo de análise de conteúdos e das técnicas de análise documental para analisar os documentos referentes à outorgada da implantação do curso. Em um primeiro momento, observa-se que é preciso uma sintonia na formação inicial dos cursos de Pedagogia para com a realidade do trabalho docente e a prática pedagógica no contexto educacional e a necessidade de regulamentações legais que possam firmar o subsidiamento da oferta da modalidade de educação a distância.

Abstract:
In view of the expansion of undergraduate courses in the country, specifically undergraduate courses in distance education, and given the importance of the initial training of pedagogues, emphasizing that undergraduate courses are understood by initial training, there is a need to research this area. In accordance with this, the studies show the need to be attentive to the initial formation of Pedagogues, this emphasizing that the formation of the teacher does not end in the initial formation, which must be permanent and continuous. The present study is concerned with the management and organization of Pedagogic courses and the initial formation of Pedagogues, it aims to investigate the structure of the implementation, through legal, of the management and organization of the Pedagogy course and to investigate how the institution of the offer of the course of Pedagogy in the distance modality. The purpose of this research is to (re) know the implantation and trajectory of the Pedagogy course, fundamentally the one organized in the distance modality in the State of São Paulo, of public character. The instruments that contemplate this research are the legal norms from the publications of the public policies on the regulation of the course of Pedagogy. The methodology consists of a qualitative analysis of the type of content analysis and document analysis techniques to analyze the documents related to the granting of the course implementation. At first, it is observed that a syntony in the initial formation of the Pedagogy courses is necessary in relation to the reality of the teaching work and the pedagogical practice in the educational context and the need of legal regulations that can establish the subsidization of the offer of the modality of distance learning.
