OFICINAS “SEXUALIDADE, GRAVIDEZ E DROGADIÇÃO” NA SEMANA DO BEBÊ DE CANELA 2018: COMO OS ADOLESCENTES AVALIAM?
A gravidez na adolescência é questão de saúde pública e a literatura mostra a falta de conhecimento como principal causa, sendo necessária uma orientação qualificada aos adolescentes. O objetivo é avaliar o diagnóstico dos alunos quanto às oficinas sobre “Sexualidade, gravidez e drogadição” ministradas pelos acadêmicos de medicina na 19ª Semana do Bebê de Canela, RS, Brasil. Relato de experiência de estudo descritivo, utilizando um questionário padronizado. As oficinas foram ministradas por acadêmicos de Medicina da ULBRA previamente capacitados. Os encontros ocorreram nas salas de aula, com as turmas do 6º ao 3º ano de escolas municipais e estaduais de Canela sem a presença do professor. Os temas gravidez, sexualidade e drogadição foram desenvolvidos pelos acadêmicos e após estimularam diálogos abertos. Ao final, os adolescentes registraram sua opinião quanto à satisfação referente à oficina. Participaram 797 adolescentes, 74,15% destes classificaram o encontro como “muito bom”; 23,59% como “bom”; 1,25% como “ruim e 1% “sem opinião”; 93,98% gostariam de repetir. A maioria dos adolescentes avaliou positivamente as oficinas. Isso reflete a necessidade de saciar dúvidas sobre assuntos habitualmente tratados como tabu. O livre diálogo com os acadêmicos permite a busca de conhecimento e contempla, uma parte do complexo multifatorial que interfere na gestação adolescente.

Abstract:
Adolescent pregnancy is a public health issue and the literature shows that one of the causes is lack of knowledge, therefore a better and qualified guidance for teenagers is required. To verify the evaluation of the students about the workshop of “Sexuality, Pregnancy and Drug Addiction” ministered by the medical students from the 19th Canela’s Baby Week, RS, Brazil. A report of experience in a descriptive study, using a standardized questionnaire. The workshops were given by Ulbra's medical students previously trained. The meetings took place in classroom, with school students from the 6th to the 3rd year of municipal and state schools in Canela without teachers presence. The themes pregnancy, sexuality and drug addiction were developed by the medical students, and after that, open dialogue was stimulated. At the end, the adolescents registered their opinion about workshop satisfaction. 797 adolescents participated, 74.15% classified the meeting as "very good"; 23.59% as "good"; 1.25% as "bad” and 1% "without opinion"; 93.98% would like to repeat the meeting. Most of the adolescent students enjoyed the workshop. This reflects the need to satisfy doubts about subjects usually treated like a taboo. Free dialogue with the students allows the search for knowledge and fulfill a complex and multifactorial reasoning behind the prevention of not planned adolescent pregnancy.
