OFFICES OF REFLECTION AND SEMI-STRUCTURED INTERVIEWS: RESEARCH INSTRUMENTS IN THE QUALITATIVE APPROACH IN THE EDUCATIONAL SECTOR.
Este trabalho discute sobre a abordagem qualitativa como percurso metodológico e a aplicação de oficinas e entrevistas semi-estruturadas como instrumentos de pesquisa. A abordagem qualitativa apresenta significados àquilo que o pesquisador defende baseado nos fatos e informações na literatura a partir dos acontecimentos culturas, sociais ou políticos de relevância para os indivíduos ou para um coletivo. Permite aos participantes expressarem suas opiniões e representações, o que atribui valor ao conteúdo apresentado pelo pesquisador. A pesquisa qualitativa se diferencia pelo desenvolvimento das ideias e apreciação do pesquisador e revela, pela avaliação do universo de pesquisa, a exploração das opiniões e contribuições, por meio de oficinas e entrevistas, além de outros instrumentos, aos indivíduos pesquisados. Como metodologia para este estudo, lançou-se da análise por meio da revisão de literatura, indicando o que autores como Lüdke; André (2014), Minayo (2014), Andrade (2010) Paviani; Fontana (2009), Lopes et al (2002), Triviños (1987), dentre outros, discutem sobre essa temática. Como resultado, são apresentadas a importância da abordagem qualitativa por meio de instrumentos que facilitam o entendimento dos dados e possibilitam a inferência do pesquisador.

Abstract:
This paper discusses the qualitative approach as methodological course and the application of workshops and semi- structured interviews as research instruments. The qualitative approach presents meanings to what the researcher advocates, based on the facts and information in the literature from the cultural, social or political events of relevance for individuals or for a collective. It allows participants to express their opinions and representations, which attributes value to the content presented by the researcher. Qualitative research is distinguished by the development of ideas and appreciation of the researcher and reveals, through the evaluation of the universe of research, the exploration of opinions and contributions, through workshops and interviews, as well as other instruments, to the individuals surveyed. As a methodology for this study, it was launched from the analysis through literature review, indicating what authors like Lüdke; André (2014), Minayo (2014), Andrade (2010) Paviani; Fontana (2009), Lopes et al (2002), Triviños (1987), among others, discuss this theme. As a result, the importance of the qualitative approach is presented through instruments that facilitate the understanding of the data and allow the inference of the researcher
