OFERTA DE TRANSPLANTES RENAIS E FATORES ASSOCIADOS: ANÁLISE EXPLORATÓRIA ESPACIAL PARA AS UNIDADES FEDERATIVAS DO BRASIL
O objetivo do artigo foi analisar a distribuição espacial da taxa de transplantes renais nas Unidades Federativas do Brasil, no ano de 2015. Buscou-se também avaliar a correlação espacial entre a oferta de transplantes e os determinantes econômico, de gestão e infraestrutura do sistema. A Análise Exploratória de Dados Espaciais foi o método usado. A variável PIB per capita representou o condicionante econômico. O fator gestão abrangeu as taxas de equipes transplantadoras, de doadores efetivos, de Comissões Intra-Hospitalares de Doação de Órgãos e Tecidos para Transplante e de Organizações de Procura de Órgãos. Já leitos em Unidade de Terapia Intensiva, serviços de neurocirurgia e respiradores de emergência nos hospitais representaram a infraestrutura. Os resultados mostraram que a taxa de transplantes renais tem efeito espacial, ou seja, o procedimento realizado em cada estado é influenciado pelos seus vizinhos. Os determinantes analisados exerceram impacto positivo sobre essa taxa, com predomínio das aglomerações alto-alto no Sul e Sudeste do país e, baixo-baixo no Norte e Nordeste. Uma importante conclusão deste trabalho é que existe grande disparidade regional nesta oferta de transplantes, com maior concentração nas áreas mais desenvolvidas economicamente. Julga-se necessário políticas públicas mais eficientes e específicas para regiões com escassez de transplantes deste órgão.

Abstract:
The objective of the article was to analyze the spatial distribution of the kidney transplant rate in the Federal Units of Brazil in 2015. Spatial correlation between transplants supplies and economical determinant, administration and infrastructure of the system were evaluated. The Exploratory Data Analysis of Space was used as method. The variable GDP per capita represented the economical determinant. The factor administration included the rates of transplantation teams, effective donors, Intra Hospital Commission of Donation for Transplants and Organ Procurement Organization. The Infrastructure of the system was represented by beds in Intensive Care Unit, neurosurgery´s services and emergency respirators in the hospitals. The results showed that kidney transplant rates have spatial effect, which means that the transplant procedures accomplished in each state is influenced by their neighbors. The analyzed determinants led positive impact on this rate, with prevalence of the clusters high-high in the South and Southeast of the country, and, low-low in the North and Northeast. An important conclusion was that there is a great regional disparity in transplantation supplies, with more concentration in the areas more developed economically. Areas with shortage of kidney transplantation need public politics more efficient and specific.
