Abstract: The need for ethical-moral training becomes increasingly evident in the school environment, since deterioration is evident in the formation of values in society. For all of the above, the main purpose of the study was to analyze various strategies that support the difficulties present in the teaching activity related to the teaching of ethics-morality, and at the same time review different tactics that allow the teacher to strengthen himself in this component. in such a way that it helps significantly in educational practice. Regarding the methodology, it focuses on a qualitative approach and is supported by the phenomenological method, the key informants were teachers to whom the in-depth interview was applied. In this way, it is concluded that ethical-moral teaching must be taken seriously within the school context since it is key in the formation of exemplary citizens who are formed at school.
