O USO DA QUÍMICA DOS PERFUMES NO ENSINO DE QUÍMICA ORGÂNICA EXPERIMENTAL
Os perfumes foram relatados desde antigas civilizações e agora fazem parte de nossas vidas; seja mudando o humor ou instigando certas emoções. Pensando nisso, o grupo PET-q resolveu relatar esse interessante assunto com a aula de química orgânica; no que diz respeito aos aspectos históricos dos perfumes, metodologia sintética, análise por FTIR e posterior avaliação metodológica.

Abstract:
Perfumes have been reported since ancient civilizations and are now part of our lives; either by changing the mood or instigating certain emotions. Thinking about it, the PET-q group decided to report this interesting issue with the organic chemistry class; concerning historical aspects of perfumes, the synthetic methodology, FTIR analysis and subsequent methodological evaluation.
