O USO DA LUDOTERAPIA EM CRIANÇAS HOSPITALIZADAS
INTRODUÇÃO: Durante o período
de internação, a rotina do processo saúdedoença é alterada e para um ser tão frágil como
a criança tudo se torna pior, com isso o uso
da ludoterapia no hospital apresenta-se como
uma alternativa para os profissionais da saúde
para facilitar o processo de hospitalização.
OBJETIVO: Embasar cientificamente sobre as
técnicas e os benefícios da ludoterapia para
crianças no ambiente hospitalar. MÉTODOS:
Trata-se de uma revisão sistemática narrativa
com base em artigos publicados até outubro
de 2018 em Português, Espanhol e Inglês, o
total de artigos foi 359 artigos, destes apenas
9 restaram após os critérios de inclusão e
exclusão. RESULTADOS: A ludoterapia tem
importante atuação na recuperação da criança
hospitalizada uma vez que reduz a ansiedade,
promove a integração e a adaptação da criança
com o ambiente hospitalar. CONCLUSÃO:
Conclui-se que a ludoterapia no ambiente
hospitalar é eficaz, pode ser utilizada como
conduta terapêutica por qualquer profissional
da área da saúde como o Fisioterapeuta e
auxilia no tratamento de criança hospitalizadas.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: The patient’s
daily life is altered during the period of
hospitalization. A child is fragile and because
of that everything becomes worse, more
over the use of the play therapy by health
professionals shows an alternative to facilitate
the hospitalization process. OBJECTIVE: This
study has the objective to base scientifically
about the play therapy techniques and benefits
for children at the hospital. METHODS: This
is a systematic narrative review based on the
articles published since any date until October
2018 in Portuguese, Spanish or English, the
total was 359 articles, and only 9 articles
were remained at the end of the inclusion and
exclusion criteria. RESULTS: Play therapy
has important attention in the recovery of the
hospitalized child, it reduces the anxiety and it
promotes a child integration and adaptation at
the hospital. CONCLUSION: It was concluded
that the play therapy at the hospital is effective,
it may be used as a therapeutic approach by
any health professional such as the Physical
Therapy and it facilitates the child hospitalized treatment.
