O USO DA LINGUAGEM MATEMÁTICA PARA O ENSINO DE FÍSICA NA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA
O presente estudo teve por objetivo apresentar uma discussão sobre a importância do processo de matematização no ensino de física nos anos finais da educação básica. Buscamos mostrar os desafios enfrentados por professores no ensino dessa disciplina, como também, a necessidade de fazer com que os estudantes compreendam os processos matemáticos por trás dos conceitos e teorias da física e da inter-relação existente entre essas duas disciplinas. Tratou-se de um estudo que se encaixa numa perspectiva de pesquisa qualitativa, visto que nosso foco esteve na interpretação e discussão de trabalhos que versassem sobre a mesma temática. Para isso, realizamos uma revisão de literatura em periódicos nacionais e eventos na área de ensino de física em busca de artigos que falassem tanto da importância da matemática, da linguagem matemática no ensino de ciências, quanto das dificuldades associadas ao ensino da física enquanto disciplina escolar, destacando aspectos importantes para que possamos superar esse desafio.

Abstract:
The present study aimed to present a discussion about the importance of the mathematization process in physics teaching in the final years of basic education. We sought to show the challenges faced by teachers in teaching this subject, as well as the need to make students understand the mathematical processes behind the concepts and theories of physics and the interrelationship between these two disciplines. This is a study that fits into a qualitative research perspective, since our focus was on the interpretation and discussion of works that deal with the same theme. To this end, we conducted a literature review of national journals and events in the area of physics teaching in search of articles that spoke both of the importance of mathematics, of mathematical language in science teaching, and of the difficulties associated with the teaching of physics as a school subject, highlighting important aspects so that we can overcome this challenge.
