O TRANSPORTE COLETIVO E A OPÇÃO SOB DEMANDA: O ESTUDO DE CASO DE GOIÂNIA
O artigo analisa o momento atual que passa o transporte coletivo por ônibus e estuda o caso do transporte coletivo sob demanda, “paratransit system”, no Município de Goiânia/GO, como solução complementar ao convencional, no intuito de atrair clientes do transporte individual para o coletivo. Este novo sistema não possui itinerários nem paradas fixas. Os veículos são alocados dinamicamente para acomodar as solicitações recebidas pelos usuários. Através de um aplicativo de celular, o usuário informa o horário de partida desejado, a origem e o destino da viagem. Caso o usuário aceite a hora de chegada prevista, informada, para chegar ao seu destino é direcionado a um ponto virtual, próximo à sua localização, onde deve utilizar um miniônibus para ser transportado até o seu destino. Desta maneira, o Município oferta um novo produto à população, complementar ao transporte coletivo por ônibus convencional, visando atender ao problema da micromobilidade das pessoas, viagens de curtas distâncias, para passageiros que demandam rapidez, conforto e segurança nos seus deslocamentos, mas com tarifas posicionadas entre o transporte coletivo e o individual.

Abstract:
This article analyses the current moment of the collective transportation by bus and studies the case of collective transportation by demand, “paratransit system”, in the Municipality of Goiânia/GO, as a complementary solution to conventional system, to attract customers from individual transportation to the collective. The system has no fixed routes or fixed stops. Vehicles are allocated dynamically to accommodate requests received by users. Through a mobile application, the user informs the desired departure time, the origin, and the destination of the trip. If the user agrees to the informed time expected to arrive in his destination, he is directed to a virtual point near his location, where he must use a minibus to be transported to their destination. This way, the Municipality offers a new product to the population, complementary to the collective transportation by conventional bus, to address the problem of people's micromobility, short distance travel, for passengers who demand speed, comfort and safety in their journeys, but with rates between collective and individual transport.
