O TRABALHO DO PEDAGOGO NA EDUCAÇÃO PROFISSIONAL: PRINCIPAIS DESAFIOS E SUAS INTERFACES COM A FORMAÇÃO INICIAL
O texto busca analisar os principais desafios enfrentados por pedagogos que atuam no Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de São Paulo (IFSP) e as possíveis relações entre as estratégias adotadas por esses profissionais para o enfrentamento das dificuldades e sua formação inicial. Trata-se de trabalho resultado de uma pesquisa de iniciação científica, centrada em metodologia qualitativa. Primeiramente, efetuou-se uma investigação teórica por meio do levantamento de textos, livros, dissertações e documentos normativos relevantes para a temática. Já a pesquisa empírica se deu por meio da aplicação de questionário. Os dados apontam, entre outros elementos, para o fato dos pedagogos possuírem maiores dificuldades na relação com docentes e gestores.

Abstract:
The text demands to analyze the main challenges faced by educators at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo (IFSP) and the possible connections between the strategies adopted by these professionals to face the difficulties and their initial formation. This assingnment is the result of a research of scientificinitiation, focused on qualitative methodology. First, a theoretical investigation was made through the survey of articles, books, dissertations and normative documents that are relevant to the theme. The empirical research took place through the application of a questionnaire. The data point, among other elements, to the fact that educators have greater difficulties in the relationship with teachers and managers.
