O TRABALHO COMO FUNDAMENTO DA CONSTRUÇÃO DO SUJEITO
Buscamos estabelecer um vínculo
entre os modos de subjetivação contemporâneos
e o trabalho, promovendo uma articulação
entre estes e apresentando a impossibilidade
de se pensar o sujeito fora do plano social. O
trabalho não é somente um modo material de
subsistência, mas também um modo de existir
subjetivamente. Desse modo, o trabalho pode
ter, ao mesmo tempo, faces opostas, de um lado
ele é um elemento de construção de si como
sujeito, ele traz sentido e elementos objetivos
do bem-estar; e de outro, ele pode ser lugar
de alienação e opressão, gerando sofrimento
e os elementos subjetivos do mal-estar. À
vista disso, os objetivos deste estudo foram
analisar o contexto dos modos de subjetivação
contemporâneos e sua relação com o trabalho,
além de demonstrar a influência deste na
construção da subjetividade. Este exercício foi
feito a partir de um levantamento bibliográfico
que inclui artigos sobre o assunto, e a partir de
tal levantamento tratamos do contexto social
do trabalho e o quanto isso pode implicar na
construção da subjetividade do indivíduo
também atualmente. Reforçamos ainda, que o
trabalho como sendo fundamento da construção
do sujeito, em sua vertente complexa e pelo
seu próprio caráter contraditório, emerge como
um dos principais vetores da construção do
sujeito. E se de um lado ele pode ser motor de
sofrimento, angústia e adoecimento, é também
por meio dele que é possível desenvolver-se,
se afirmar como sujeito e colocar no mundo
uma parcela de singularidade.

Abstract:
We seek to establish a link between contemporary modes of
subjectivation and work, promoting an articulation between them and presenting the
impossibility of thinking the subject outside the social plan. Work is not only a material
mode of subsistence, but also a mode of subjectively existing. In this way, work can have
opposing faces at the same time, on the one hand it is an element of self-construction
as subject, it brings meaning and objective elements of well-being; and on the other,
it can be a place of alienation and oppression, generating suffering and the subjective
elements of malaise. In view of this, the objectives of this study were to analyze the
context of contemporary modes of subjectivation and their relationship with work, and
to demonstrate its influence on the construction of subjectivity. This exercise was made
from a bibliographic survey that includes articles on the subject, and from such survey
we deal with the social context of work and how much this may imply in the construction
of the subjectivity of the individual also today. We also emphasize that work as the
foundation of the construction of the subject, in its complex aspect and by its own
contradictory character, emerges as one of the main vectors of the construction of the
subject. And if on one hand it can be the engine of suffering, anguish and illness, it is
also through it that it is possible to develop, to assert itself as a subject and to place in
the world a portion of uniqueness.
