O TOMBAMENTO DO SÍTIO ARQUEOLÓGICO DE SÃO MIGUEL ARCANJO COMO ESTRATÉGIA DE PRESERVAÇÃO DO PATRIMÔNIO HISTÓRICO DAS MISSÕES JESUÍTICAS NO BRASIL
A história e a cultura são os elementos formadores da identidade de um povo. A preservação do patrimônio histórico-cultural é de grande relevância para qualquer país, e a destruição ou a não preservação desse patrimônio, acarreta o rompimento da corrente do conhecimento e evolução antropológica de uma sociedade, podendo levar ao cometimento dos mesmos erros já vividos. Muitas são as iniciativas governamentais para preservar o patrimônio histórico-cultural, atualmente o tombamento é o melhor instrumento legal para a preservação. O objetivo do presente trabalho é demonstrar a importância do tombamento do Sítio Arqueológico de São Miguel Arcanjo, como estratégia para a preservação do patrimônio histórico das Missões Jesuíticas dos Guarani, bem como, estimular ações de preservação de outros patrimônios históricos e culturais no território brasileiro. Utilizando a pesquisa bibliográfica acerca do tema de interesse, em livros, artigos científicos, documentos, fotografias e informações disponíveis nas plataformas digitais, além da compilação das informações resultante da observação e percepção in situ. Ficou demonstrado que o tombamento foi um ato público importantíssimo para o Sítio Arqueológico de São Miguel Arcanjo, preservando o patrimônio histórico-cultural e estimulando o turismo, trazendo divisas à região e empregos aos habitantes locais. Conclui-se que o tombamento é o caminho a ser trilhado por outros importantes patrimônios históricos e culturais em solo brasileiro, a fim de preservar de forma efetiva e eficaz a história e a cultura pretérita, um direito a ser usufruído pelas presentes e futuras gerações.

Abstract:
History and culture are the elements that form the identity of a people. The preservation of the historical cultural heritage has great relevance for any country, and the destruction or the non-preservation of this heritage, results in the breaking of the current of knowledge and anthropological evolution of a society, which may lead to the same mistakes already experienced. There are many governmental initiatives to preserve the historical cultural heritage, currently the tipping is the best legal instrument for the preservation. The objective of the present work is to demonstrate the importance of the tipping of the Archaeological Site of São Miguel Arcanjo, as a strategy for the preservation of the historical patrimony of the Jesuit Missions of the Guarani, as well as, to stimulate actions of preservation of other historical and cultural patrimonies in the Brazilian territory. Using bibliographic research on the topic of interest, in books, scientific articles, documents, photographs and information available on digital platforms, in addition to the compilation of information resulting from observation and perception in situ. It was demonstrated that the listing was a especially important public act for the Archaeological Site of São Miguel Arcanjo, preserving the historical cultural heritage and stimulating tourism, bringing foreign currency to the region and jobs for the local inhabitants. It is concluded that the tipping is the path to be followed by other important historical and cultural heritage on Brazilian soil, in order to effectively and efficiently preserve history and past culture, a right to be enjoyed by present and future generations.
