O TELETRABALHO FEMININO E A COVID 19: UMA ANÁLISE DA DIVISÃO SOCIAL E SEXUAL DO TRABALHO DIANTE DO “NOVO NORMAL”
A desigualdade de gênero possui raízes históricas, culturais e sociais pautados nos mais diversos motivos. A sociedade atribui como papel típico feminino a responsabilidade pelas tarefas domésticas, cuidados com os filhos e demais responsabilidades familiares, presente um acúmulo de papéis, mesmo quando a trabalhadora, no mercado profissional, seja excessivamente demandada pela sua função ou mesmo possua destaque profissional. Saliente-se que é atemporal o enfrentamento, pela trabalhadora, dos desafios em conciliar a vida profissional e as atividades da vida pessoal, especialmente pela sobrecarga existente simplesmente voltada para o gênero feminino que, quando abarca o Teletrabalho, sem uma preparação e ajustes necessários à nova realidade, se coloca, cada vez mais, em posição de vulnerabilidade. A partir de uma análise dessa nova realidade e a divisão social e sexual já enfrentada pela mulher no mercado de trabalho, com o surgimento da obrigação sanitária do trabalho, preponderantemente remoto. Diante da Pandemia ficou ainda mais evidente a problemática da tripla jornada feminina que agora entrelaça o trabalho formal, o trabalho doméstico e os cuidados maternos educacionais, sejam próprios ou dos que dependem dela, tudo no entorno do lar, significando imprescindível o desenvolvimento de desdobramentos para enfrentar tais desafios. Nesse contexto, a partir do método hipotético-dedutivo e pesquisa bibliográfica, busca-se analisar a exaustiva jornada feminina comparando a problemática social e de gênero que se intensificou com a situação atual vivenciada e os permanentes desafios, examinar minuciosamente, normas que garantam a concretização da emancipação social feminina.

Abstract:
Gender inequality has historical, cultural and social roots based on the most diverse reasons. Society assigns responsibility for housework, childcare and other family responsibilities as a typical female role, with an accumulation of roles, even when the worker, in the professional market, is excessively demanded for her job or even has professional prominence. It should be stressed that the challenges faced by the worker in reconciling professional and personal life activities are timeless, especially due to the overload that is simply aimed at the female gender, which, when covering Telework, without the necessary preparation and adjustments to new reality, is increasingly placed in a position of vulnerability. From an analysis of this new reality and the social and sexual division already faced by women in the labor market, with the emergence of the sanitary obligation of work, which is predominantly remote. In view of the Pandemic, the problem of the triple women's journey that now intertwines formal work, domestic work and educational maternal care, whether they are their own or those who depend on her, all around the home, became even more evident, meaning the development of developments for face such challenges. In this context, based on the hypothetical-deductive method and bibliographic research, we seek to analyze the exhaustive women's journey by comparing the social and gender issues that have intensified with the current situation experienced and the permanent challenges, examining thoroughly, norms that guarantee the achievement of female social emancipation.
