O SISTEMA MANCHESTER DE CLASSIFICAÇÃO DE RISCO: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA
Entre os protocolos de risco, o sistema Manchester é um dos sistemas mais completo. Neste trabalho foi abordado, através da análise de estudos, os diversos sistemas existentes, porém, com ênfase no sistema Manchester aplicado a hospitais de pequeno porte, que é maioria dos hospitais brasileiros. Portanto, foi realizado uma revisão da literatura sobre a aplicação do sistema Manchester a hospitais de pequenos portes para saber os seus pontos fortes e possíveis falhas na sua aplicação, principalmente na realidade dos hospitais brasileiros, onde ocorre uma inversão no, por parte dos usuários, na ordem do atendimento e cuidado à saúde.

Abstract:
Among the risk protocols, the Manchester system is one of the most complete systems. In this work, through the analysis of studies, the various existing systems were approached, however, with emphasis on the Manchester system applied to small hospitals, which is the majority of Brazilian hospitals. Therefore, a literature review on the application of the Manchester system to small hospitals was carried out to find out its strengths and possible flaws in its application, especially in the reality of Brazilian hospitals, where an inversion occurs, on the part of users, in the order of care and health care. -
