O RESGATE DA IDENTIDADE DA MULHER VÍTIMA DE VIOLÊNCIA POR MEIO DO DESENVOLVIMENTO DA ATITUDE EMPREENDEDORA
Este capítulo versa sobre atitude empreendedora (AE) e sinaliza em direção a possibilidade do seu resgate/construção nas mulheres vítimas das diferentes formas de violência no contexto brasileiro. A proposta representa uma possibilidade, entre tantas outras possíveis, de ruptura do ciclo de violência que aprisiona a mulher, sem ter a pretensão de aprofundar as questões colocadas, tendo vista que cabe aos atores das diferentes esferas da sociedade elaborar políticas públicas que comportem práticas de desenvolvimento da AE na mulher vítima de violência. Os resultados sugerem a necessidade de mudanças nas ações dos órgãos públicas que tratam das questões de violência contra a mulher no sentido de buscar a sua emancipação. O debate em torno do fortalecimento de ações sobre empreendedorismo feminino não é novo em termos de políticas públicas, mas ações concretas em prol da emancipação da mulher vítima de violência ainda não foram implementadas de forma a dar conta da problemática, que se tornou mais evidente no período da pandemia da COVID-19. É preciso criar mais oportunidades para que mulheres vítimas de violência também empreendam e assim se empoderem para enfrentar os dilemas vividos numa sociedade onde ainda se observam práticas discriminatórias de gênero. Embora as motivações para empreender possam ser diferentes entre as mulheres que sofreram e as que não sofreram violência, o desenvolvimento de políticas públicas para que mulheres vítimas de violência empreenderem tem que ser específicas, capazes de atender às demandas de um grupo de pessoas com histórias de vida, “marcas e cicatrizes” muito particulares.

Abstract:
This chapter deals with the entrepreneurial attitude (EA) and points towards the possibility of its rescue/construction in women victims of different forms of violence in the Brazilian context. The proposal represents one possibility, among many others, of breaking the cycle of violence that imprisons women, without intending to deepen the questions raised, considering that it is up to actors from different spheres of society to elaborate public policies that include practices of development of EA in women victims of violence. The results suggest the need for changes in the actions of public bodies that deal with issues of violence against women in order to seek their emancipation. The debate around the strengthening of actions on female entrepreneurship is not new in terms of public policies, but concrete actions in favor of the emancipation of women victims of violence have not yet been implemented in order to deal with the problem, which has become more evident in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. It is necessary to create more opportunities for women victims of violence to also undertake and thus empower themselves to face the dilemmas experienced in a society where gender discriminatory practices are still observed. Although the motivations to undertake may be different between women who have suffered and those who have not suffered violence, the development of public policies for women victims of violence to undertake has to be specific, capable of meeting the demands of a group of people with histories of life, very particular “marks and scars”.
