O QUE O PROJETO DE LEI ESCOLA “SEM” PARTIDO EXPRESSA E ESCAMOTEIA: ANÁLISE CRÍTICA DA LEI DA MORDAÇA
O presente artigo aborda a questão do Projeto de Lei elaborado pelo movimento Escola “sem” Partido e o contexto histórico que permeia a sua criação, bem como as contradições que o mesmo carrega, sendo este um mecanismo da agenda liberal-conservadora para compor o silenciamento e rebaixamento da educação junto a outras políticas recentes, principalmente após o impeachment da presidenta Dilma Rousseff. Contrapõe-se o discurso de neutralidade com base na análise dos Projetos de Lei Federal elaboradas diretamente e inspirados pelo movimento, e as que estão relacionadas e vinculadas ao movimento e à temática de suposta “doutrinação” e “ideologia de gênero” nas escolas.. A pesquisa teve como base, estudos recentes de teóricos que enfatizam a impossibilidade da neutralidade na educação, e documentos judiciários que contrapõem o Escola “sem” Partido.

Abstract:
This article addresses the issue of the Bill of Law elaborated by the School movement "without" Party and the historical context that permeates its creation, as well as the contradictions that it carries, being this a mechanism of the liberal-conservative agenda to compose the silencing and demotion of education along with other recent policies, mainly after the impeachment of President Dilma Rousseff. The neutrality discourse is opposed based on the analysis of the Federal Law Drafts drawn up directly and inspired by the movement, and those that are related and linked to the movement and the theme of supposed “indoctrination” and “gender ideology” in schools. The research was based on recent studies by theorists who emphasize the impossibility of neutrality in education, and judicial documents that oppose Escola “sem” Partido.
