O PROJETO POLÍTICO PEDAGÓGICO COMO ELEMENTO DE PARTICIPAÇÃO NA ESCOLA
Este artigo trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica de caráter qualitativo desenvolvido durante com o objetivo de fazer uma análise histórica do planejamento educacional, discutir os princípios de uma gestão democrática e apresentar como ocorre o processo de construção do Projeto Político Pedagógico de uma escola. Com isso utilizamos como referenciais teóricos autores como Silva (2012), Oliveira (1997), Paro (2008), Padilha (2001), dentre outros, que nos orientaram e forneceram bases sólidas para desenvolvermos um trabalho significativo e cientificamente amparado. Em vista disso conseguimos ter uma visão do panorama em que se encontra a situação educacional, onde as relações econômicas e de mercado acabam se sobressaindo às perspectivas democráticas e participativas da escola e seu planejamento. Sendo assim, é fundamental que o Projeto Político Pedagógico seja construído, pois, o mesmo é o reflexo de uma gestão democrática e a materialização dos anseios e desejos de toda a comunidade escolar na tomada de decisões dos caminhos da instituição de ensino.

Abstract:
This article is about a bibliographic review of qualitative character developed during with the objective to make a historical analysis of the educational planning, to discuss the principles of a democratic management and to present how the process of construction of the Pedagogical Political Project of a school occurs. With that we used as theoretical references authors such as Silva (2012), Oliveira (1997), Paro (2008), Padilha (2001), among others, who guided us and provided solid bases to develop a meaningful and scientifically supported work. In view of this, we were able to have a view of the panorama in which the educational situation is found, where economic and market relations end up standing out against the school's democratic and participative perspectives and planning. Therefore, it is essential that the Pedagogical Political Project be built, as it is the reflection of a democratic management and the materialization of the yearnings and desires of the entire school community when making decisions on the paths of the educational institution.
