O programa de Assistência Estudantil e a política de permanência dos discentes da EPT no ensino médio EaD
Com o advento das Tecnologias da Informação e Comunicação (TICs), a educação à distância desenvolveu-se no contexto das sociedades modernas, configurando-se como uma modalidade de ensino adaptada às novas demandas e exigências educativas e sociais decorrentes das mudanças impulsionadas pela nova ordem global. Deste modo, tendo em vista as mudanças ocorridas no cenário educacional estabelecidas pela Resolução CNE/CEB no 3/18, que atualiza as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para o Ensino Médio, sobretudo com a ampliação da carga horária EaD, faz-se necessário uma ampla reflexão, considerando o perfil destes discente e as contribuições da Política de Assistência Estudantil em vigor para a permanência dos educandos da modalidade EaD. Assim, buscando-se obter um panorama geral, procedeu-se neste artigo, o mapeamento documental, visando aferir as condições de aplicação da política de permanência fomentada pelo Programa de Assistência Estudantil do IFBA, em confronto com o Plano Nacional de Assistência Estudantil (PNAES), documentos no âmbito nacional e o Projeto Pedagógico do Curso Técnico de Nível Médio em Informática, comparando suas ênfases e fragilidades. Como percurso metodológico, adotou-se a pesquisa bibliográfica e análise documental. Por conseguinte, efetuou-se um mapeamento analítico, de forma articulada e integrada, com o Plano Nacional de Assistência Estudantil (PNAES), o Documento de Referência do MedioTec e o Relatório da Assistência Estudantil na Rede Federal de Educação Profissional Científica e Tecnológica (2018). Nessa esteira, observar-se-á que a ampliação da carga horária da educação à distância, para essa etapa do ensino, requer especial atenção, considerando que a continuidade dos estudos dos discentes EaD ainda se configura como um grande desafio educacional a ser enfrentado, implicando na necessidade de uma política de permanência que atenda as peculiaridades e especificidades desses educandos.

Abstract:
The advent of Information and Communication Technologies (TICs), distance learning (EaD) has developed in the context of modern societies, configuring itself as a teaching modality adapted to the new educational and social demands resulting from the changes driven by the new order global. This way, in view of the changes in the educational scenario established by Resolution CNE / CEB no 3/18, which updates the National Curriculum Guidelines for high school, especially with the expansion of the distance learning (EaD) hours, it is necessary a broad reflection, considering the profile of these students and the contributions of the Student Assistance Policy in force for the permanence of students in the distance learning (EaD) modality. Due to this, seeking to obtain an overview, in this article, the documentary mapping was carried out, in order to assess the conditions of application of the permanence policy fostered by the IFBA Student Assistance Program, in comparison with the National Student Assistance Plan (PNAES), documents at the national level and the Pedagogical Project of the High School Technical Course in Informatics, comparing their emphases and weaknesses. As a methodological path, bibliographic research and documentary analysis were adopted. Rigth after, an analytical mapping was carried out, in an articulated and integrated way, with the National Student Assistance Plan (PNAES), the MedioTec Reference Document and the Student Assistance Report in the Federal of Professional Scientific and Technological Education (2018). In this context, it will be observed that the expansion of the hours of distance education, for this stage of teaching, requires special attention, considering that the continuity of studies by DE students is still a great educational challenge to be faced, implying the need for a permanence policy that meets the peculiarities and specificities of these students.
