O PLANO DE FORMAÇÃO CONTINUADA DO DEPARTAMENTO DE ENSINO FUNDAMENTAL DA REDE MUNICIPAL DE EDUCAÇÃO: a especificidade do município de Araucária – PR
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar o Plano de Formação Continuada do Departamento de Ensino Fundamental da Rede Municipal de Educação de Araucária, bem como verificar a importância da profissionalização docente por meio da formação continuada dos profissionais de educação ao longo de sua carreira. O método escolhido para a elaboração deste trabalho foi a pesquisa bibliográfica desenvolvida por meio de seleção e análise de materiais publicados sobre o tema e a pesquisa documental por meio de abordagens quantitativa e qualitativa com o levantamento de fontes observadas nos relatórios de dados referentes à constituição da Rede Municipal de Educação de Araucária e às formações ofertadas em 2019 pelo Departamento de Ensino Fundamental. Constatou-se que as formações continuadas dos profissionais do magistério são de extrema importância por conta da necessidade premente de aprofundamento, discussão, fundamentação teórico/prática para o fortalecimento do trabalho pedagógico e melhoria do processo de ensino aprendizagem dos estudantes das redes municipais de ensino e neste sentido, a Rede Municipal de Educação de Araucária realizou um amplo espectro de formação continuada para seus profissionais no ano de 2019 atingindo praticamente todos os profissionais da rede, sendo que alguns dos profissionais participaram em mais de uma formação continuada durante o ano.

Abstract:
The following article aims to present the Continuing Education Training Plan of the Elementary School Department of the Municipal Education Network of Araucaria - PR, as well as verify the matter of teacher professionalization by means of continuing training for the education professionals throughout their career. The methodology that was chosen for the elaboration of this paper was the bibliographic research developed through the selection and analysis of published materials on the theme and documentary research through quantitative and qualitative approaches with the study of sources from the data reports which refer to the constitution of the Municipal Education Network of Araucaria and the courses offered for the education professionals by the Elementary School Department in 2019. It was verified that the continuing education of teaching professionals is extremely important due to the imperious need for further study, discussion, theoretical/practical foundation to strengthen the pedagogical work and improve the teaching and learning process of students from municipal education networks. In this sense, the Municipal Education Network of Araucaria accomplished a wide spectrum of continuing education for its professionals in 2019, reaching almost all professionals of the municipal network and some of the professionals took part in more than one continuing education training group throughout that year.
