O PAPEL DO VÍCULO TERAPÊUTICO NA PRÁTICA CLÍNICA FONOAUDIOLÓGICA: UM ESTUDO PILOTO
Introdução: O vínculo terapêutico é entendido como o ponto central do processo terapêutico, pois permite que o terapeuta auxilie o paciente no movimento de ressignificação de suas queixas e sintomas, por meio de um trabalho colaborativo entre os participantes desse processo. Objetivos: 1) compreender o papel que o vínculo terapêutico assume para fonoaudiólogos clínicos, a partir de um questionário aplicado em âmbito de estudo piloto; 2) verificar a eficácia da entrevista e a tangibilidade das questões. Método: Trata-se de um estudo piloto. Um questionário foi enviado a fonoaudiólogos residentes nos Estados do Paraná e Santa Catarina. Os dados coletados foram organizados por meio da Análise do Conteúdo. Foram excluídos profissionais que não realizam atendimento clínico. A pesquisa foi aprovada por Comitê de Ética: 88408718.8.0000.8040. Resultados: Doze fonoaudiólogos responderam ao questionário. Para os participantes, de forma geral, o vínculo terapêutico é denominado como a relação de confiança constituída entre o profissional e o paciente, como também considerado a base do processo terapêutico. Os participantes não evidenciaram dificuldades com relação às perguntas que lhes foram dirigidas. Considerações finais: Na visão dos profissionais participantes, a pesquisa sobre vínculo terapêutico é relevante e pode impactar positivamente a prática clínica, e o instrumento utilizado mostrou-se adequado para ser aplicado junto a uma ampla amostra de participantes.

Abstract:
Introduction: The therapeutic bond is understood as the central point of the therapeutic process, as it allows the therapist to assist the patient in the movement of reframing their complaints and symptoms, through collaborative work between the participants in this process. Objectives: 1) to understand the role that the therapeutic bond assumes for clinical speech therapists, based on a questionnaire applied in the scope of a pilot study, 2) to verify the effectiveness of the interview and the tangibility of the questions. Method: This is a pilot study. A questionnaire was sent to speech therapists resident in the state of Paraná and Santa Catarina. The collected data were organized through Content Analysis. Professionals who do not perform clinical care were excluded. The research was approved by the Ethics Committee: 88408718.8.0000.8040. Results: Twelve speech therapists answered the questionnaire, for the participants, in general, the therapeutic bond is termed as the relationship of trust established between the professional and the patient, as well as considered the basis of the therapeutic process. Participants do notevidencing difficulties in relation to the questions addressed to them. Final considerations: In the view of the participating professionals, the therapeutic link is indispensable for clinical practice, and the instrument used proved to be suitable to be applied to a wide sample of participants.
