O PAPEL DO PROFISSIONAL ENFERMEIRO NO GERENCIAMENTO DAS UNIDADES DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Este estudo teve como objetivo principal identificar o papel do profissional enfermeiro no gerenciamento das Unidades de Terapia Intensiva. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de revisão integrativa. Utilizaram-se três bases de dados para que fossem realizadas as buscas dos artigos as quais foram: BDENF, LILACS e MEDLINE, no período de 2012 a 2017. Os estudos analisados revelam que a incidência da SB entre os profissionais de enfermagem, afeta em sua maioria as mulheres, que por sua vez, precisam administrar sua vida pessoal e profissional, e são levadas ao desgaste físico/emocional, facilmente.

Abstract:
This study aimed to identify the role of the nurse professional in the management of Intensive Care Units. It is an integrative review research. Three databases were used to search the articles, which were: BDENF, LILACS and MEDLINE, in the period from 2012 to 2017. The studies analyzed reveal that the incidence of SB among nursing professionals affects in their Most women, who in turn, need to manage their personal and professional lives, and are brought to physical / emotional wear easily..
