O PAPEL DO FARMACÊUTICO ALÉM DA LOGÍSTICA DE ACESSO AOS MEDICAMENTOS NO COMPONENTE ESPECIALIZADO DA ASSISTÊNCIAS FARMACÊUTICA
Dentro do escopo da Política
Nacional de Assistência Farmacêutica, o
Componente Especializado é uma estratégia
de acesso aos medicamentos voltado à
atenção de média e alta complexidade, no
âmbito do Sistema Único de Saúde, que busca
garantir a integralidade do tratamento, em nível
ambulatorial. Como o sucesso terapêutico vai
além do acesso ao medicamento, objetivouse, neste trabalho, um estudo das atribuições
do farmacêutico no componente especializado,
englobando a logística do acesso e a realização
do acompanhamento farmacoterapêutico
de patologias assistidas pelo programa.
Este estudo foi elaborado através de um
levantamento dos principais dados sobre
assistência farmacêutica, realizando pesquisas
bibliográficas de 20 artigos entre os anos de
2010 a 2017 considerando a importância do
farmacêutico tanto no acesso ao medicamento
no componente especializado como norteando
o protocolo clínico e diretrizes terapêuticas
(PCDT) no tratamento de patologias como
Acne Grave, Alzheimer e Asma. Os resultados
foram tabulados e expostos através do
programa Microsoft Word 2013, Diante do
estudo, foi observado que o garante o sucesso
farmacoterapêutico do tratamento dessas
doenças propondo melhorias relacionadas a
orientação e acesso aos medicamentos para
um atendimento mais completo e de qualidade.

Abstract:
Within the scope of the national policy of pharmaceutical assistance, the
specialized component is a strategy for access to medicines focused on the care of
medium and high complexity, within the framework of the unified Health system, which
seeks to ensure the integrality of Treatment at an outpatient level. As the therapeutic
success goes beyond the access to the drug, the objective of this work was to study the
duties of the pharmacist in the specialized component, encompassing the logistics of
access and the realization of pharmacotherapeutic monitoring of Pathologies assisted
by the program. This study was elaborated through a survey of the main data on
pharmaceutical care, conducting bibliographical research of 20 articles between the
years 2010 to 2017 considering the importance of the pharmacist both in the access to
the medicine in Specialized component as guiding the clinical Protocol and Therapeutic
Guidelines (PCDT) in the treatment of pathologies such as Acne severe, Alzheimer’s
and asthma. he results were tabulated and exposed through the program Microsoft
Word 2013, before the study, it was observed that guarantees the pharmacotherapeutic
success of the treatment of these diseases proposing improvements related to guidance
and access to medicines for A more complete and quality service.
