O PAPEL DO ENFERMEIRO NO RESGATE AEROMÉDICO: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Introdução: O resgate aéreo teve seu início por meio de balões, mas com a evolução foi-se tendo a necessidade de aeronaves mais equipadas e com profissionais preparados para o transporte dos pacientes, contudo o enfermeiro fez-se peça chave para integrar esta equipe obtendo conhecimentos específicos para que isto ocorresse e qualificando o atendimento de emergência aeroespacial. Objetivo: investigar a atuação do enfermeiro no resgate aeromédico. Método: trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura realizada no ano de 2017. As buscas das produções científicas foram realizadas em três bases de dados eletrônicas que foram a MEDLINE, LILACS e BDENF com o operador booleano “AND” e os descritores em ciências de saúde: Enfermagem em Emergência, Emergência Pré-Hospitalar e Resgate Aéreo. Foram encontrados e selecionados 05 artigos científicos que abordaram a temática para compor a amostra final. Resultados e discussões: os enfermeiros estão interessados em ampliar seus conhecimentos acerca do resgate aeromédico, porém ainda existem lacunas na produção de conhecimento sobre o tema. Considerações finais: ressalta-se a importância da inserção dessa temática nos diversos graus de formação do enfermeiro, instigando assim, discussões, aperfeiçoamentos e consequentemente o aumento de produções científicas.

Abstract:
Introduction: Air rescue began with balloons, but with the evolution, the need for more equipped aircraft and with professionals prepared to transport the patients, however, the nurse became a key part to integrate this team obtaining specific expertise for this to occur and qualifying for aerospace emergency care. Objective: to investigate the nurse's role in the aeromedical rescue. Method: this is an integrative review of the literature conducted in the year 2017. The researches of the scientific productions were carried out in three electronic databases that were MEDLINE, LILACS and BDENF with the boolean operator "AND" and the descriptors in sciences : Emergency Nursing, Pre-hospital Emergency and Air Rescue. We found and selected 05 scientific articles that approached the theme to compose the final sample. Results and discussions: nurses are interested in expanding their knowledge about aeromedical rescue, but there are still gaps in the production of knowledge about the topic. Final considerations: it is important to emphasize the insertion of this theme into the different levels of training of nurses, thus instigating discussions, improvements and, consequently, increasing scientific productions.
