O PAPEL DA COMUNICAÇÃO INTERNA EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA: COMO AS COMPANHIAS ESTÃO SE ORGANIZANDO DURANTE A CRISE
Os estudos realizados sobre a comunicação interna debatem essencialmente a importância do setor para as corporações e, também, sobre estratégias desenvolvidas a fim de alinhar os profissionais à cultura organizacional, sejam essas empresas de médio ou grande porte. No entanto, quando declarada a situação da Covid-19 no Brasil, as tradicionais ações internas precisaram ser repensadas para um ambiente remoto que se distanciava e, ao mesmo tempo, conectava as pessoas. Portanto, diante do atual cenário, o artigo visa apresentar, por meio de recortes e comparações de autores, as tendências e ferramentas adotadas pela comunicação interna para engajar os colaboradores frente à necessidade de isolamento social causado pela pandemia do coronavírus

Abstract:
The studies carried out on internal communication debate essentially the importance of the sector for corporations and, also, on implemented in order to align professionals with the organizational culture, whether these are medium or large companies. However, when the situation of Covid-19 in Brazil was declared, as traditional internal actions needed to be rethought for a remote environment that was distant and, at the same time, connected to people. Therefore, given the current scenario, the article aims to present, through clippings and comparisons by authors, the trends and tools adopted by internal communication to engage employees in the face of the need for social isolation due to the coronavirus pandemic.
