O LUGAR DOS CMES NAS NOTÍCIAS SOBRE AS ESCOLAS NA PANDEMIA
A presente pesquisa se vincula ao Grupo de Pesquisa Formação de Professores e Práticas Educativas (NUFOPE/UFJ) e teve como objetivo geral identificar textos (notícias, reportagens, entrevistas) publicados em sites de grande circulação no estado de Goiás sobre as escolas na pandemia, entre março de 2020 a abril de 2022 e o lugar ocupado pelos Conselhos Municipais de Educação (CMEs) nestes textos. Considerando a história, as funções dos CMEs na organização e gestão da educação nos municípios e a emergência sanitária que nos encaminhou para a realização de pesquisas que utilizassem recursos tecnológicos, foi realizada uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa, tendo como instrumento de coleta de dados a pesquisa documental realizada em três momentos distintos em sites de grande circulação no estado de Goiás com vistas a levantar textos sobre educação na pandemia na interlocução com os Conselhos. Foram realizadas pesquisas nos sites dos portais de notícias G1 Goiás e Google e no site do jornal O popular usando expressões-chave relacionadas ao objetivo da pesquisa. Foram construídos quadros com os dados
quantitativos dos resultados dos levantamentos que mostram, dentre outras coisas, a ineficiência do uso das aspas como ferramenta de filtro. Como resultado, os dados mostram que são vários resultados quantitativos encontrados, mas que são poucas notícias relacionadas ao CME e as que o cita - de fato - estão com acesso limitado, restrito apenas aos assinantes e, diante disso, pode-se afirmar que este Conselho não aparece na grande mídia do estado de Goiás. Não foi possível realizar a leitura direta de nenhum texto, mas os títulos e leads disponíveis nos permitem inferir que não há nenhuma menção direta aos Conselhos Municipais. Os Conselhos citados representam outros entes, como o Conselho Estadual de Educação. Diante disso, pode-se afirmar que o CME ocupa um não-lugar nas publicações pesquisadas.

Abstract:
This research is linked to the Research Group on Teacher Training and Educational Practices (NUFOPE/UFJ) and had the general objective of identifying texts (news, reports, interviews) published on websites of great circulation in the state of Goiás about schools in the pandemic, between March 2020 and April 2022 and the place occupied by the Municipal Councils of Education (CMEs) in these texts. Considering the history, the functions of the CMEs in the organization and management of education in the municipalities and the health emergency that led us to carry out research that used technological resources, a research with a qualitative approach was carried out, using the research as a data collection instrument. documentary carried out at three different times on sites of great circulation in the state of Goiás with a view to raising texts on education in the pandemic in the dialogue with the Councils. Searches were carried out on the websites of the news portals G1 Goiás and Google and on the website of the newspaper O popular using key expressions related to the objective of the research. Tables were constructed with the data quantitative results of surveys that show, among other things, the inefficiency of using quotation marks as a filter tool. As a result, the data show that there are several quantitative results found, but that there are few news related to the CME and those that mention it - in fact - have limited access, restricted only to subscribers and, in view of that, it can be said that this Council does not appear in the mainstream media in the state of Goiás. It was not possible to perform a direct reading of any text, but the titles and leads available allow us to infer that there is no direct mention of the Municipal Councils. The aforementioned Councils represent other entities, such as the State Council of Education. Given this, it can be said that the CME occupies a non-place in the researched publications.
