O LUGAR DO PEDAGÓGICO NA GESTÃO DA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL: A VISÃO DE GESTORAS E PROFESSORAS
O estudo descrito neste trabalho buscou identificar e compreender o lugar do pedagógico nas ações básicas da equipe gestora de três de Centros de Educação Infantil Municipais (CEIMs) de Criciúma/SC, na visão de suas representantes e professoras. Os dados obtidos a partir de entrevistas semiestruturadas permitiram identificar que o protagonismo das gestoras dos CEIMs está centralizado em atividades de cunho administrativo, em detrimento de atividades vinculadas ao processo pedagógico.

Abstract:
This study aimed at identifying and understanding the place of the pedagogic throughout basic actions of managing staff from three Preschool Education Centers (CEIMs) in the city of Criciúma/SC. Data from semi structured interviews allowed to identify that manager’s protagonism is more centered on administrative activities to the detriment of activities related to learning process.
