O LUGAR DO CORPO-ARTE DE MARIA BETHÂNIA: RELAÇÕES COM A CULTURA POPULAR DO RECÔNCAVO DA BAHIA.

Este artigo trata de relatar resultados do projeto de pesquisa intitulado “de Maricotinha a abraçar e agradecer: o corpo-arte de Maria Bethânia que se desenvolve no Centro de Formação de Professores da Universidade Federal do Recôncavo da Bahia, UFRB. O objetivo do projeto é mostrar a contribuição do trabalho da artista baiana para a formação cultural, étnica e educacional no Brasil a partir do seu canto e de seu corpo. Para isto, estão sendo analisados audiovisuais produzidos entre os anos de 2001 e 2016, elencando músicas dos repertórios que contemplem as categorias de análise escolhidas: corpo, cultura, educação, pertencimentos, identidade e território.

  • Abstract: This article aims to report the results of the research project entitled "From Maricotinha to embrace and thank: the body-art of Maria Bethânia that is developed at the Teacher Training Center of the Federal University of Recôncavo da Bahia, UFRB. The objective of the project is to show the contribution of the Bahian artist's work to the cultural, ethnic and educational formation in Brazil from her singing and her body. To this end, audiovisuals produced between 2001 and 2016 are being analyzed, listing songs from the repertoires that contemplate the chosen categories of analysis: body, culture, education, belongings, identity and territory.
