O INTERVENCIONISMO DA MODERNIZAÇÃO NA GESTÃO DA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA
O artigo tem por objetivo compreender as intervenções provocadas pelas transformações da modernização do mundo globalizado, desenvolvidas desde as últimas décadas do século XX e que afetam a gestão educacional da educação básica. Apresenta uma abordagem qualitativa, mediante a análise do referencial teórico embasado no enquadramento teórico progressista contemporâneo do autor português Licínio C. Lima (2002, 2001,1997, 1996), acompanhado do autor Almerindo J. Afonso (2007, 2002, 1999) e Luiz C. Freitas (2010, 2012, 2014). Está pautado em apontar quais são alguns dos intervencionismos causados na educação básica pelo paradigma contábil do gerencialismo. As transformações provocadas no exercício da educação escolar e ocasionadas pela interferência empresarial, dinamizam a avaliação como ferramenta de controle da qualidade educacional.

Abstract:
The article aims to understand the interventions provoked by the transformations of the modernization of the globalized world, developed since the last decades of the twentieth century and that affect the educational management of basic education. It presents a qualitative approach, through the analysis of the theoretical framework based on the contemporary progressive theoretical framework of the Portuguese author Licínio C. Lima (2002, 2001,1997, 1996), accompanied by the author Almerindo J. Afonso (2007, 2002, 1999) and Luiz C. Freitas (2010, 2012, 2014). It is based on pointing out what are some of the interventions caused in basic education by the accounting paradigm of managerialism. The transformations caused in the exercise of school education and caused by business interference, dynamize the evaluation as a tool for controlling educational quality.
