O IMPACTO NA SAÚDE MENTAL DE CRIANÇAS EM EVENTOS PÓS-TRAUMÁTICOS: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
As crianças experimentam diversas situações durante seu desenvolvimento, algumas são positivas e contribuem para uma vida saudável, enquanto outras podem trazer consequências inesperadas. Esse estudo se propõe a analisar as desordens que podem ocorrer na vida de um indivíduo que experimentou situações traumáticas e os fatores que contribuem de maneira mais assídua para o diagnóstico de psicopatologias. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de literatura, na qual foram selecionados artigos pertinentes ao estudo, contribuindo para uma melhor compreensão do tema investigado. Foi realizada uma busca de dados na Biblioteca Virtual de Saúde, na qual três artigos melhor atenderam os critérios de inclusão, relatando que a ocorrência de traumas na vida infantil pode está associado ao desenvolvimento de problemas mentais. Portanto, conclui-se que a ocorrência de algum evento traumático de maneira isolada não determina o desenvolvimento de psicopatologias, no entanto quanto mais as crianças são expostas a esse tipo de situação, mais susceptíveis elas se encontram para o acréscimo de doenças como depressão, ansiedade e Transtorno do Estresse Pós-Traumático.

Abstract:
Children experience different situations during their development, some are positive and contribute to a healthy life, while others can have unexpected consequences. This study aims to analyze the disorders that can occur in the life of an individual who has experienced traumatic situations and the factors that contribute more assiduously to the diagnosis of psychopathologies. It is an integrative literature review, in which articles relevant to the study were selected, contributing to a better understanding of the topic investigated. A search for data was carried out in the Virtual Health Library, in which three articles best met the inclusion criteria, reporting that the occurrence of trauma in childhood life can be associated with the development of mental problems. Therefore, it is concluded that the occurrence of any traumatic event in isolation does not determine the development of psychopathologies, however the more children are exposed to this type of situation, the more susceptible they are to the addition of diseases such as depression, anxiety and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.
