O Impacto Global das Ações de Enfermagem na Prevenção e Controle de Infecções Hospitalares
Este estudo tem como objetivo identificar nas produções do conhecimento o impacto das ações de prevenção e controle de infecções hospitalares exercidas pela enfermagem e analisar se estas estão em consonância com o que preconiza a Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS) e o Ministério da Saúde (MS), através da Portaria 2616/98. Trata-se de umestudo de revisão integrativa realizada nas bases de dados: MEDLINE; LILACS; BDENF e IBECS, através dos critérios orientadores PICO; os descritores e sinônimo pertinentes ao tema foram identificados no DECs e MeSH: crossinfection, prevention, control, diseaseprevention, infectioncontrol, nurses, hospital infectioncontrolprogram. Critérios de inclusão: artigos disponibilizados na íntegra, nas bases de dados selecionadas, com aderência à temática nos idiomas português, espanhol e inglês, publicados entre os anos 2000 - 2021, com vistas a identificar as evidências da temática em questão publicada nos últimos 21 anos. Os resultados incluíram 13 artigos nacionais e internacionais com diversas abordagens metodológicas e contextos investigativos, publicados entre os anos de 2009 - 2021, que abordaram como ações para a prevenção e controle das infecções: vigilância epidemiológica, avaliação de estrutura e processo, treinamentos e capacitações, avaliação do conhecimento e suporte administrativo. Estas apresentam impacto global positivo. Conclui-se que as ações de prevenção e controle verificadas nos artigos estão em consonância com a OMS e MS, contribuindo para a segurança dos pacientes e profissionais, sendo necessária maior efetividade das ações.

Abstract:
This study aims to identify the impacto factions for the prevention and control of hospital infections carried out by nurses in the production of knowledge the impact the actions for the prevention and control of hospital infections performed by nursing and to analyze whether they are in line with what the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Ministry of Health (MS) recommend, through of Ordinance 2616/98. This is anintegrative review study carried out in the following databases: MEDLINE; LILACS; BDENF and IBECS, through the PICO guiding criteria; the relevant descriptor sand synonyms were identified in theDECsandMeSH: crossinfection, prevention, control, diseaseprevention, infectioncontrol, nurses, hospital infection control program. Inclusion criteria: articles made available in full, in these lected databases, with adherence to the theme in Portuguese, Spanish andEnglish, published between the years 2000 - 2021, in order to identify the evidence of the subject in question published in the last 21 years. The results included 13 national and international articles with different methodological approaches and investigative contexts, published between the years 2009 - 2021, which addressed as actions for the prevention and control of infections: epidemiological surveillance, structure and process evaluation, training and capacity building, knowledge assessment and administrative support. These have a positive overall impact. It is concluded that the prevention and control actions verified in the articles are in line with the WHO and MS, contributingtothesafetyofpatientsandprofessionals, requiring greater effectiveness of the actions.
