O IMPACTO DA PANDEMIA NA ROTINA HOSPITALAR: UMA VISÃO INTERDISCIPLINAR
A pandemia do COVID-19 trouxe uma nova realidade a nível mundial, com necessidade de reorganização e adaptação dos diferentes serviços de saúde. No ambiente hospitalar, houve modificação da estrutura física e organizacional para atender as exigências sanitárias, os profissionais de saúde tiveram que ajustar-se às novas demandas e adaptar-se às diretrizes para o enfrentamento da pandemia. Este capítulo aborda as mudanças ocorridas na rotina dos serviços de Fonoaudiologia, Fisioterapia e Terapia Ocupacional do Hospital de Doenças Tropicais da Universidade Federal do Tocantins (HDT-UFT). Os impactos foram observados no âmbito da assistência, assim como no âmbito de ensino e pesquisa. As modificações ocorridas foram em consenso com as normas e condutas publicadas pelos órgãos de saúde no Brasil e internacionalmente. Enquanto a pandemia estiver em andamento, novas resoluções e cuidados podem ser implantados, principalmente no meio hospitalar, onde profissionais de saúde atuam no combate à pandemia, necessitando estar atentos e participativos no processo de reestruturação dos serviços.

Abstract:
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought a new reality in the world and the necessity of reorganization and adaptation of the different health services. At the hospital environment there has been an organizational and premises modification in order to meet the sanitary requirements and the health professionals have had to fit themselves into new demands and to adapt the guidelines for dealing with the pandemic. This chapter approaches the changes which have occurred in the daily services of Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy at the Tropical Diseases Hospital of the Federal University of Tocantins (HDT-UFT). The impacts were analyzed in the context of assistance as well as in the context of teaching and research. The changes that occurred were in accordance with the standards and practices published by health agencies in Brazil and internationally. In the course of the pandemic new resolutions and cares can be implemented, mainly in the hospital environment, where the health professionals act in the combat against the pandemic and need to be attentive and participative in the process of restructuring services.
