O IMPACTO DA LIDERANÇA ATIVA DO ENFERMEIRO COMO GERENCIAMENTO INTEGRAL NO CENÁRIO DOS SERVIÇOS DE URGÊNCIA E EMERGÊNCIA
Trata-se de um estudo acerca da liderança do enfermeiro no contexto dos serviços de urgência e emergência: A busca bibliográfica foi realizada entre outubro e dezembro de 2019, nas revistas Web of Science, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System (MEDLINE/PUBMED), Literatura Latino-Americana em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS/BIREME), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), Excerpta Medica Database (EMBASE). A operacionalização da busca ocorreu com as combinações dos seguintes descritores; Enfermagem, Liderança, Urgência e Emergência, em inglês: Nursing, Leadership, Urgency and Emergency. A partir dos critérios de inclusão e exclusão, foram selecionados 16 publlicações acerca da temática. Por meio da literatura é possível afirmar que a liderança da equipe de enfermagem é uma atribuição do Enfermeiro. No cenário da urgência e emergência essa liderança deve assumir uma flexibilidade frente as mais variadas situações, não se fixando em um tipo específico de liderar. Dentre as características indispensáveis de um líder é possível citar: educação, comunicação, capacidade de coordenação, comando, organização e conhecimento técnico-científico. Além disso, o Líder deve promover a criatividade da equipe, estabelecer vínculo e ser aberto a discussões coletivas. Ademais, ressalta-se que o número de publicações atuais que discutam a liderança no setor de atendimento de urgência e emergência é escasso, dessa forma, torna-se necessário a realização de novas pesquisas e reflexões com diferentes abordagens sobre o tema.

Abstract:
This study is an integrative review about Nurse leadership in the context of emergency services: The bibliographic search was performed between October and December 2019, in the Web of Science, Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online / Pubmed magazines (MEDLINE / PUBMED ), Latin American Literature on Health Sciences (LILACS / BIREME), Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), Excerpta Medica Database (EMBASE). The operationalization of the search occurred with the combinations of the following descriptors; Nursing, Leadership, Urgency and Emergency: Nursing, Leadership, Urgency and Emergency. From the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 16 publications on the theme were selected. Through literature it is possible to affirm that the leadership of the nursing team is an attribution of the Nurse. In the scenario of urgency and emergency this leadership must assume flexibility in the most varied situations, not focusing on a specific type of leadership. Among the indispensable characteristics of a leader it is possible to mention: education, communication, coordination capacity, command, organization and technical-scientific knowledge. In addition, the Leader must foster team creativity, bond, and be open to collective discussion. Moreover, it is noteworthy that the number of current publications that discuss leadership in the emergency care sector is scarce, thus, it is necessary to conduct new research and reflections with different approaches on the subject.
