O ESTÁGIO SUPERVISIONADO E AS RELAÇÕES DE GÊNERO NAS AULAS DE EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
A sociedade cria expectativa sobre
os gêneros, já a partir da infância, o que
pode limitar as aspirações futuras de homens
e mulheres. A Educação Física é um local
privilegiado de discussões acerca do tema
gênero, posto que se utiliza das expressões
corporais para viabilizar conhecimentos da
cultura do movimento. O presente estudo, do
tipo qualitativo, caracterizado como relato de
experiência de intervenção, realizada no decurso
da regência do Estágio, tem como objetivo
relatar a experiência de Estágio Supervisionado
do curso de licenciatura em Educação Física
desenvolvido sobre a temática “Relações de
gênero na prática esportiva”. As estratégias do
Plano de Ensino foram: discutir questões de
gênero a partir do tema mulheres nos esportes,
principalmente naqueles praticados comumente
por apenas um dos sexos. A naturalização da
cultura é um processo histórico sob o qual se
tenta legitimar discriminações, determinações
de papéis na sociedade, principalmente
com intuito de se exercer a dominação,
neste aspecto, sobrepujança de homens às
mulheres. O sexismo é evidenciado no âmbito
escolar, o qual contribui para a aceitação como
fato natural. A Educação Física, se por um
lado, é privilegiada por poder conter, por outro
historicamente tipificou as atividades sob as
quais meninos e meninas estavam submetidos,
reforçando não somente a fragilização
do feminino, mas também exacerbando o
estereótipo masculino de virilidade. Salientase a influência destas questões na criação de
estereótipos que cerceiam direitos e deveres,
principalmente às mulheres, para que se
possibilitem o protagonismo de suas próprias
vidas.

Abstract:
The society creates expectation
about the genders, from childhood, which may
limit the future aspirations of men and women.
The Physical Education is a privileged place of
discussions about the gender theme, since it
uses the corporal expressions to make possible knowledge of the culture of the movement. The present qualitative study, characterized
as an intervention experience report, carried out during the course of the Internship,
aims to report on the Supervised Internship experience of the undergraduate course
in Physical Education developed on the theme “Gender relations in practice sports
“. The strategies of the Teaching Plan were: to discuss gender issues from the
theme women in sports, especially those practiced commonly by only one gender.
The naturalization of culture is a historical process under which attempts are made
to legitimize discriminations, determinations of roles in society, especially in order to
exercise dominance, in this aspect, overcoming men to women. Sexism is evidenced
in the school context, which contributes to acceptance as a natural fact. Physical
Education, on the one hand, is privileged to be able to contain, on the other hand it
historically typified the activities under which boys and girls were subjected, reinforcing
not only the weakening of the feminine, but also exacerbating the male stereotype of
virility. The influence of these issues on the creation of stereotypes that curtail rights
and duties, especially women, is emphasized so that the protagonism of their own lives
becomes possible
