O ENSINO VIRTUAL E SUA COMPLEXIDADE NA SOCIEDADE CONTEMPORÂNEA
A humanidade encontra-se diante de profundas transformações sociais e culturais, pois, estamos vivenciando um momento jamais imaginado, onde tivemos que aprender a conviver com nós mesmos, comprometendo as relações sociais tão importantes para o desenvolvimento do ser humano em qualquer momento de sua vida. Este relato refere-se a uma experiência desenvolvida em dois momentos distintos: como tutora, em faculdade virtual e como professora em tempos de pandemia. Os desafios enfrentados foram inúmeros, na primeira de mostrar às alunas a importância delas de estarem naquele local; a segunda de superar os entraves de estratégias exigidas pelo momento histórico que se estava vivendo que fosse viável também para os alunos envolvidos no contexto. A pesquisa tem por objetivo evidenciar o cenário que o Ensino Remoto e/ou a Educação Virtual enfrentam para ocupar um espaço na sociedade, sendo este no momento, o mais importante no processo de ensino e aprendizagem dos educandos de norte a sul do Brasil. Surge então uma nova profissão/função: ”o tutor,” cujo tem função de mediador entre o processo educativo e aluno, além da relação entre professor/aluno. Para alcançar os objetivos propostos nessa pesquisa, utilizou-se de fontes bibliográficas, utilizando como método o estudo de caso e a observação como técnica utilizada nos dois momentos. Como resultado foi evidenciado as dificuldades de alunos e professores nos momentos históricos vivenciados por ambos, assim como, uma reflexão sobre a importância das ferramentas tecnológicas na vida da população de forma geral, independente se professor/aluno. No campo educacional o ensino à distância serviu de alicerce junto aos desafios enfrentados por professores e alunos nesse momento de pandemia. No entanto, o professor atualmente exerce variadas funções objetivando um aprendizado de qualidade, seja dentro ou fora de uma sala de aula, no ensino presencial ou no sistema de aulas remotas conforme a necessidade.

Abstract:
Humanity is facing profound social and cultural transformations, because we are experiencing a moment never imagined, where we had to learn to live with ourselves, compromising the social relations that are so important for the development of human beings at any time of their lives. . This report refers to an experience developed in two different moments: as a tutor, in virtual college and as a teacher in times of pandemic. The challenges faced were innumerable, in the first one of showing the students the importance of being in that place; the second is to overcome the obstacles of strategies required by the historical moment that was being lived, which would also be viable for the students involved in the context. The research aims to highlight the scenario that Remote Education and / or Virtual Education face to occupy a space in society, this being, at the moment, the most important in the teaching and learning process of students from north to south of Brazil. A new profession / function then emerges: ”the tutor,” whose role is to mediate between the educational process and the student, in addition to the relationship between teacher / student. To achieve the objectives proposed in this research, bibliographic sources were used, using case study and observation as the technique used in both moments. As a result, it was evident the difficulties of students and teachers in the historical moments experienced by both, as well as a reflection on the importance of technological tools in the life of the population in general, regardless of teacher / student. In the educational field, distance learning served as a foundation for the challenges faced by teachers and students in this pandemic moment. However, the teacher currently performs various functions aiming at quality learning, whether inside or outside a classroom, in classroom teaching or in the remote classroom system as needed.
