O ENFERMEIRO PREVENINDO ACIDENTES DE TRABALHO EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
A enfermagem é uma profissão comprometida com a saúde do ser humano e da coletividade. Nesta perspectiva o enfermeiro possui papel relevante frente ao acidente de trabalho, pois este se constitui um problema de saúde pública e é considerado um agravo à saúde do trabalhador. Tem-se como objetivo deste estudo relatar o planejamento e o desenvolvimento de um cronograma estratégico de ações educativas para prevenção de acidentes de trabalho em tempos de pandemia. Trata-se de um relato de experiência que se subsidiou da elaboração de um cronograma de treinamentos teóricos e práticos, aplicado em um Hospital Regional de médio porte da região central do estado do Rio Grande do Sul, em três Unidades de Terapia Intensiva e duas unidades de internação, no período de junho a dezembro de 2020. A carga horária foi de 10 horas, divididas em 10 encontros presenciais de uma hora cada, desenvolvido com 20 enfermeiros, 55 técnicos de enfermagem e 10 profissionais de higiene e limpeza, totalizando 85 participantes. Diante desta vivência relatada, contatou-se que há necessidade de ações educativas direcionadas à temática, uma vez que os trabalhadores de saúde estão expostos frequentemente à riscos inerentes à execução de suas atividades, principalmente agora neste momento pandêmico. Assim, considera-se ressaltar a importância do investimento em treinamentos participativos, envolvendo toda a equipe de saúde, evidenciando essa prática como uma ferramenta capaz de proporcionar dinamismo e aproximação do grupo de trabalho, resultando em um menor índice de acidentes de trabalho na equipe.

Abstract:
Nursing is a profession committed to the health of the human being and the community. Within this perspective, nurses have a relevant role in what concerns to work accidents, as these represent a public health problem and are considered a worsening element to the worker's health. The objective of this study is to report the planning and development of a strategic schedule of educational actions for the prevention of work accidents in times of pandemic. This is an experience report which was based on the development of a schedule of theoretical and practical training, applied in a medium-size Regional Hospital in the central region of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, in three Intensive Care Units and two internment hospital units, from June to December 2020. It was a 10-hour workload, divided into 10 face-to-face meetings of one hour each, developed with 20 nurses, 55 nursing technicians and 10 hygiene and cleaning professionals, totaling 85 participants. In the face of this reported experience, it was found that there is a need for educational actions addressing the theme, since health workers are frequently exposed to risks inherent to the performance of their activities, especially now in this moment of pandemic. Thus, the importance of investing in participatory training, involving entire health teams must be emphasized, highlighting this practice as a tool capable of providing dynamism and drawing groups together, which results in a lower rate of work accidents among the team.
