O ENFERMEIRO NO GERENCIAMENTO À QUALIDADE NOS SERVIÇOS HOSPITALARES: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA
Na administração dos serviços
de enfermagem, nas instituições de saúde,
a gerência é considerada uma das funções
principais do enfermeiro, pois cabe a ele a
responsabilidade de organizar o trabalho e os
recursos humanos de enfermagem. O objetivo
deste estudo foi analisar publicações científicas
relacionadas à atuação de enfermeiros no
contexto do gerenciamento à qualidade nos
Serviços Hospitalares. Trata-se de uma revisão
integrativa com buscas nas bases de dados.
Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em
Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Scientific Eletronic
Library Online (SciELO), a Biblioteca Virtual
de Saúde –BVS (BIREME), COCHRANE. Os
estudos selecionados foram publicados entre
2008 e 2018. Foram identificados inicialmente
498 artigos, que culminaram na amostra
final de 16 estudos analisados na íntegra. É
significativa a atuação do enfermeiro na gestão,
pois compete a ele a organização, manutenção,
supervisão, controle e interação com outros
profissionais, adquirindo a responsabilidade
de administrar recursos materiais e humanos
necessários.

Abstract:
In the administration of nursing
services, in health institutions, management
is considered to be one of the main functions
of the nurse, because it is the responsibility
of the nurse to organize the work and human
resources of nursing. The objective of this study
was to analyze scientific publications related
to the performance of nurses in the context of
quality management in Hospital Services. It is an
integrative review with searches in databases.
Latin American and Caribbean Literature in
Health Sciences (LILACS), Scientific Electronic
Library Online (SciELO), the Virtual Health
Library - BVV (BIREME), COCHRANE. The
selected studies were published between
2008 and 2018. Initially 498 articles were
identified, which culminated in the final sample
of 16 studies analyzed in their entirety. The
nurse’s role in management is significant because it is the organization, maintenance,
supervision, control and interaction with other professionals, acquiring the responsibility
of administering the necessary material and human resources.
