O DESMONTE DA POLÍTICA DE SAÚDE BRASILEIRA COM O DESDOBRAMENTO DA PRIVATIZAÇÃO NEOLIBERAL
Inserida no tripé da Seguridade Social, a saúde apresentava dois projetos principais que se contrapunham, o Projeto de Reforma Sanitária, que vinha desde a década de 1970 e o Projeto Privatista, que se alinhava com os principais setores do capital. Devido as consequências trazidas da crise do capital dos anos 1970, o Brasil deu início a uma longa onda privatista, um dos pilares do ideário neoliberal, a partir da década de 1990, e que se perpetua até hoje. E embora o setor saúde tenha conquistado alguns avanços na Constituição Federal de 1988 e nas Leis Orgânicas da Saúde 8.080/1990 e 8.142/1990, esta pesquisa visa debater como o projeto privatista foi adentrando na política de saúde brasileira, impossibilitando a construção de um Sistema Único de Saúde pleno, 100% Estatal, integral e com amplo financiamento. Assim como reivindicado pelo movimento sanitário. Visto que, o modelo privatista alinha à saúde a lógica mercantil. Essa pesquisa tem como objetivo fortalecer o debate critico acerca da situação histórico-atual do desmonte e sucateamento que política de saúde brasileira vem sofrendo com a implementação das políticas neoliberais no país na década de 1990. Esse texto se fundamentou em documentos oficiais e bibliografias desenvolvidas com o objetivo de produção de ensino critico, tais como BRAVO (2001,2002,200), MATOS (2002), ANTUNES (1995), NETTO&BRAZ (2012), entre outros, de modo a ser possível analisar o avanço do desmonte neoliberal na política de saúde brasileira, trazendo alguns apontamentos atuais.
