O DESENVOLVIMENTO DE UM GERENCIAMENTO DE PROJETO APLICADO A EMPRESA DE CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL
A utilização de sistemas enterprise resource planning (ERP) no setor da construção civil tem sido uma solução importante para o aprimoramento da gestão da cadeia de suprimentos, haja vista que proporciona a otimização de processos e facilita o acesso e o controle das informações. Dessa forma, a pesquisa empreendida tem por objetivo avaliar a situação da gestão de suprimentos de construtoras da região norte do Ceará quanto ao uso desses sistemas. Para isso, além da compilação bibliográfica necessária ao conhecimento dos principais conceitos a cerca da gestão de suprimentos, a pesquisa utilizou-se de um questionário voltado a essas organizações a fim de conhecer a real situação da gestão de suprimentos das suas obras bem como se utilizam ou não algum software ERP. Os dados foram coletados e analisados, subsidiando-se assim as conclusões. O estudo demonstrou que a utilização de ERP não é muito difundida entre as construtoras do norte do estado e que o porte da obra influencia diretamente na aquisição desses sistemas. Porém, apesar do custo de implantação, os ERP trazem inúmeros benefícios que devem ser considerados pelas entidades não usuárias desses softwares. Desse modo, esse trabalho é relevante pois busca conscientizar as construtoras a cerca da essencialidade do aprimoramento da gestão de suprimentos através de sistemas ERP.

Abstract:
The use of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems in the civil construction sector has been an important solution for improving supply chain management, as it provides process optimization and facilitates access and control of information. Thus, the research undertaken aims to evaluate the supply management situation of construction companies in the northern region of Ceará regarding the use of these systems. For this, in addition to the bibliographic compilation necessary for the knowledge of the main concepts about supply management, the research used a questionnaire aimed at these organizations in order to know the real situation of the supply management of their works as well as they are used. whether or not some ERP software. The data were collected and analyzed, thus supporting the conclusions. The study demonstrated that the use of ERP is not widespread among construction companies in the north of the state and that the size of the work directly influences the acquisition of these systems. However, despite the cost of implementation, ERP brings numerous benefits that must be considered by entities that are not users of this software. Thus, this work is relevant because it seeks to raise the awareness of construction companies about the essentiality of improving supply management through ERP systems.
