O ACORDO DE PARIS E OS NOVOS CAMINHOS PARA A GESTÃO SOCIOAMBIENTAL: DESAFIOS E OPORTUNIDADES PARA AS EMPRESAS DO SETOR ELÉTRICO
No contexto da migração à economia
de baixo carbono, as políticas socioambientais
das empresas do setor elétrico vislumbram
desafios na busca por investimentos para
atingir as metas da NDC Brasil. Para enfrentar
tais desafios as empresas contam com novas
oportunidades de mercado e incentivos fiscais,
como a captação de recursos via Green Bonds,
o acesso aos fundos nacionais e internacionais
como o Fundo Clima e o Green Climate Fund e
o aporte de recursos via legislação de renúncia
fiscal. Este IT apresenta dados da pesquisa de
Mestrado em Engenharia de Energia realizada
pelo autor através de um estudo de caso.

Abstract:
In the context of migration to the
low-carbon economy, the socio-environmental
policies of companies in the electricity sector
face challenges in the search for investments to
achieve the goals of NDC Brazil. In order to face
these challenges, companies are faced with
new market opportunities and tax incentives,
such as fundraising via Green Bonds, access
to national and international funds such as the
Climate Fund and the Green Climate Fund, and
the provision of resources through renunciation
