NURSING GUIDELINES TO PARENTS OF BABIES WITH PATAU SYNDROME - LITERATURE REVIEW
Nes impacto aos pais que sonhavam com o “filho perfeito”.O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar a produção científica brasileira sobre as orientações de enfermagem aos pais de bebês portadores da Síndrome de Patau.Trata-se de uma revisão narrativa,realizada nas bases de dados SciELO e LILACS, por artigos publicados entre 2001 a 2015,em língua portuguesa de Portugal e do Brasil.As orientações de enfermagem devem fornecer segurança e confiança. Por isso, entende-se ser imprescindível estabelecer um canal de comunicação efetivo entre a equipe de enfermagem e a mãe/família do RN. Conclui-se que durante todo pré natal, a mulher precisa ser acompanhada, em especial a mãe com diagnóstico de malformação fetal. O enfermeiro se faz necessário pois é através dele que se tem a medida do quanto esta futura mãe está preparada para o futuro.

Abstract:
The Patau syndrome is a chromosomal defect and its discovery a large impact to parents who dreamed of the " perfect child ". The aim of this study was to analyze the Brazilian scientific production on nursing guidance to parents of babies suffering of Patau syndrome. This is a narrative review , held in the databases SciELO and LILACS , for articles published between 2001-2015 , in Portuguese of Portugal and Brazil. Nursing guidelines should provide security and confidence. Therefore, it is understood to be essential to establish an effective communication channel between the nursing staff and the mother / family RN. We conclude that all prenatal, women need to be monitored, especially the mother diagnosed with fetal malformation. The nurse is necessary because it is through it that has a measure of how this future mother is prepared for the future.
