NOTIFICAÇÕES DE VIOLÊNCIA SEXUAL CONTRA CRIANÇA E ADOLESCENTE DO NORDESTE, 2014 - 2018
A Violência Sexual contra crianças e adolescentes é um problema de saúde pública que acarreta diversas consequências negativas na vida das vítimas. Além disso, o delito sexual, entre as diferentes formas de violência, é uma questão que requer uma maior atenção, em especial quando acomete a população infanto-juvenil, devido ao silêncio e a vulnerabilidade das vítimas, o que acaba dificultando a notificação. Frente a essa problemática, o objetivo deste trabalho foi descrever os casos de violência sexual em crianças e adolescentes do Nordeste entre 2014 e 2018. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, realizado por meio de dados secundários da base SINAN-NET, de casos de violência sexual acometidos contra crianças (0 a 9 anos) e adolescentes (10 a 19 anos) na região do Nordeste brasileiro, referentes aos anos de 2014 a 2018. Foram identificadas 19.763 notificações confirmadas, referindo-se a isso predominaram vítimas do sexo feminino (89,8%). Os adolescentes pertencentes ao grupo etário 10 a 14 anos foram os mais afetados (45,9%), e em relação às crianças, 1 a 4 (12,3%). O estado de maior impacto foi o de Pernambuco, tanto em relação às crianças quanto adolescentes. Conforme os levantamentos realizados, espera-se que os resultados possam servir de apoio para subsidiar políticas públicas sobre a violência sexual contra crianças e adolescentes. Ressalta-se também a necessidade de outros estudos para melhor entendimento da complexidade desse fenômeno.

Abstract:
Sexual violence against children and adolescents is a public health problem that has several negative consequences on the lives of victims. In addition, sexual crime, among the different forms of violence, is an issue that requires greater attention, especially when it affects the children and youth population, due to the silence and vulnerability of the victims, which makes reporting difficult. Faced with this problem, the objective of this study was to describe the cases of sexual violence in children and adolescents in the Northeast between 2014 and 2018. This is a descriptive study, carried out using secondary data from the SINAN-NET database, of cases of sexual violence against children (0 to 9 years) and adolescents (10 to 19 years) in the Northeast region of Brazil, referring to the years 2014 to 2018. 19,763 confirmed notifications were identified, referring to this predominated female victims (89,8%). Adolescents belonging to the age group 10 to 14 years were the most affected (45,9%), and in relation to children, 1 to 4 (12,3%). The state with the greatest impact was Pernambuco, both in relation to children and adolescents. According to the surveys carried out, it is hoped that the results can serve as support to subsidize public policies on sexual violence against children and adolescents. It is also emphasized the need for further studies to better understand the complexity of this phenomenon.
