MULHERES QUE INSPIRAM OUTRAS MULHERES A EMPREENDER
As pessoas, inseridas no empreendedorismo, fazem com as coisas realmente aconteçam pois, pontuam a organização como primordial. Dessa forma, é necessário haja compreensão sobre as características empreendedoras, seus impasses, dificuldades e claro, seus benefícios para economia individual e coletiva. As mudanças dos meios de produção e serviços deram ênfase para o surgimento do empreendedorismo em decorrência do avanço tecnológico e sua rapidez, no entanto a função do empreendedorismo envolve um processo de começar e instituir transformações no sistema organizacional e social, visto que as mulheres eram responsáveis por cuidar dos filhos e o marido, sendo ele quem trazia o sustento para casa. Na atualidade, é crescente o número de mulheres empreendedoras no Brasil e no mundo e estas, em questão, contribuem continuamente para que a sociedade se desenvolva, proporcionando novos empregos e oportunidades para aqueles que realmente necessitam. As mulheres, em sua maioria, são responsáveis e se doam todos os dias aos seus negócios, fazendo com que estes cresçam cada vez mais. A palestra Mulheres Empreendedoras Transformando Desafios em Oportunidades nos permitiu compreender a importância da criação de uma rede, pois, esta é capaz de promover meios para fortificar a necessidade da ajuda mútua, fazendo com que as mulheres se unam afim de desmitificar os preconceitos enraizados na sociedade, atuarem na perspectiva da sororidade e alcançarem espaços desejados. Por isso, faz-se necessário a realização de eventos como estes, além de contribuições sociais afim de fortificar na sociedade eventos femininos e seus impactos benéficos.

Abstract:
People, inserted in entrepreneurship, make things really happen because they punctuate the organization as paramount. In this way, it is necessary to have an understanding of the entrepreneurial characteristics, their impasses, difficulties and of course, their benefits for the individual and collective economy. The changes in the means of production and services gave emphasis to the emergence of entrepreneurship as a result of technological advancement and its speed, however the function of entrepreneurship involves a process of starting and instituting transformations in the organizational and social system, since women were responsible for taking care of the children and the husband, being he who brought the sustenance to the house. Currently, the number of women entrepreneurs in Brazil and in the world is increasing and these, in question, continuously contribute to society's development, providing new jobs and opportunities for those who really need it. Most women are responsible and give themselves every day to their businesses, making them grow more and more. The lecture Women Entrepreneurs Transforming Challenges into Opportunities allowed us to understand the importance of creating a network, as it is capable of promoting means to strengthen the need for mutual help, making women unite in order to demystify the prejudices rooted in society , act from the perspective of sisterhood and reach desired spaces. Therefore, it is necessary to hold events like these, in addition to social contributions in order to strengthen women's events and their beneficial impacts in society.
