MULHERES NA CAPOEIRA
Abordamos aqui como as mulheres negras encaram o preconceito em relação ao gênero feminino na capoeira. Esse preconceito é frequente na capoeira, pois se manifesta nas atividades, no uso do corpo, nas palavras, nos cantos e músicas que fazem parte das rodas, que desvalorizam as mulheres, e ainda, pela falta de espaço no jogo. Esse tipo de preconceito ocorre, não apenas entre os atletas capoeiristas, mas também na sociedade. A visão que perpetram da mulher diante da luta é o olhar da feminilidade desejada, do corpo erotizado e de corpos frágeis. Na avaliação de muitos, a mulher e/ou o corpo feminino, atrapalha na desenvoltura do jogo. Embora exista a desigualdade
dentro da capoeira, as mulheres buscam seu espaço nesse esporte e veem sua relevância no grupo, tanto nos jogos, na musicalidade, quanto nas organizações. Acreditamos que a capoeira e suas músicas precisam deixar de ser preconceituosas e mostrar a verdadeira imagem da mulher.

Abstract:
We discuss here how black women face prejudice against the female gender
in capoeira. This prejudice is frequent in capoeira, as it manifests itself in activities, in the use of body, in words, songs and songs that are part of the wheels, which devalue the
women, and also because of the lack of space in the game. This kind of prejudice occurs, not just between
capoeirista athletes, but also in society. The vision they perpetrate of women in the face of struggle
it is the gaze of the desired femininity, the eroticized body and fragile bodies. In the evaluation of many,
the woman and/or the female body interferes with the aplomb of the game. Although there is inequality within capoeira, women seek their space in this sport and see its relevance in the group, both in games, in musicality, and in organizations. We believe that capoeira and its
songs need to stop being prejudiced and show the true image of women. -
