MULHERES EM VULNERABILIDADE: EXPOSIÇÃO ÀS INFECÇÕES SEXUALMENTE TRANSMISSÍVEIS
Objetivo: verificar as vulnerabilidades em mulheres que as tornam mais
expostas às Infecções Sexualmente Transmissíveis, descritas na literatura nos
últimos cinco anos. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, entendida
como a análise sistemática e síntese da investigação sobre um tema específico de
escopo amplo ou restrito com análise descritiva. Resultados: As mulheres
apresentam maior vulnerabilidade para adquirir IST, fato que está intimamente
associado às características biológicas, anatômicas, nível de escolaridade,
problemas no acesso e compreensão das informações, submissão imposta no
relacionamento e promiscuidade do companheiro. Conclusão: Diante do exposto, é
evidente que o aumento da incidência de mulheres portadoras de IST no Brasil é
crescente devido às vulnerabilidades em mulheres. Dentre as condições de
vulnerabilidade, alguns grupos tornam-se ainda mais expostos às IST, como as
mulheres negras, mulheres em situação profissional e as que fazem parte do grupo
LGBTQIA+.

Abstract:
Objective: to verify the vulnerabilities in women who become more
exposed to Sexually Transmissive Infections, described in the literature in the last
five years. Methodology: This is an integrative review, understood as a systematic
analysis and summary of the research on a specific topic with a broad or restricted
scope with descriptive analysis. Results: Women are more vulnerable to acquire STI,
a fact that is closely associated with biological and anatomical characteristics,
educational level, problems in access and understanding of information, submission
imposta relationship and promiscuity of the partner. Conclusion: From the above, it is
evident that the increase in the incidence of women carriers of IST in Brazil is
increasing due to the vulnerabilities in women. Among the conditions of vulnerability,
some groups become more exposed to IST, such as black women, women in a
professional situation and those who are part of the LGBTQIA+ group.
